The reason modern consoles can even be made is because of PC and PC gamers.

I would say consoles because when you're in love with a Company that makes a said console you can sleep with your console. Can't do such thing with a PC. :(

I have not upgraded since I've built this machine.

Lucky you, i have to spend £10.000 every time i want to play a new game, its a shame high end hardware only stays high end for 12 hours and 30 mins, i'm now £5 million in debt just from upgrading my PC, its a shame that magic fairy dust that lets PC components in consoles last so long doesn't work in PC's, i tried sprinkling some of it in but my fans got clogged and my computer overheated and i had to upgrade again :(

I'm just telling you the fact that PC has nearly double the AAA+AA titles than the 2nd next system for this gen.

Consoles have the very best AAA exclusive games in the industry + all the major high quality multiplats every generation and that's why so many people choose consoles over PC.

Thus proving PC isn't the best if you want the best game experiences in a generation other than just multiplats and low budget flash games. PC fails to deliver the QUALITY of what console exclusives like Breath of the Wild and God of War offer.

AAA as in budget, which is the true definition for a AAA title? Or are you talking about superficial review scores?

If it's AAA budget (again, the actual definition), then PC actually has the games with the largest development budgets (not including marketing costs) ever, exclusive to its' library. (Star Wars the old Republic and Star Citizen) and most exclusives and multi-platform games on the most expensive games ever listings.

If it's a reviewer score from paid for reviews by sites that will and do give higher scores depending on what perks they've received (goody bags, free games, free closed play test events, etc.), how much they've been paid (additional marketing money) or just down right which company they are employed by (fake shill sites). Then I feel very sorry for you and your narrow and blinkered viewpoint on the world at large. As far as I'm concerned my own experience and enjoyment is far more important than some blogger on the internet telling "You have to like this because I do".

As an owner of both consoles and a capable gaming rig, I think they both have their advantages, but PC tends to have more.

That's pretty incredible really I'm not a pc gamer as I always thought stupidly without any facts it was too expensive to build a pc capable.

It still boggles my mind that many console gamers don't realize you can hook a PC up to a TV and game with a controller on a couch. Even PC centric games like Tarkov are compatible with controllers.

In terms of adaptability, exclusives, customization, and beauty, PC takes it all the way.

The reason why PC’s can run at a higher frame rate is because their graphic’s card aren’t limited to 30 frames and game developer's don't lock the frame rates. Your GPU is usually what laptops usually use to run games. Yet my laptop with a GTX 960M can run much better than your GPU that’s in your Console.

Game developers deliberately lock your games at 30 FPS.

You don't need to pay for windows 10, microsoft allows a free installation with some features removed. But none that affect gaming as far as I know.

You can download the free version and the only difference is that you cannot change the certain settings and there's a watermark there. Nothing that bother's you too much.

You can get a tool called Microsoft Tool to activate it for free. Microsoft isn't going to sue you for a couple dollars for an OS XD!

also ps4 is 300 and pro 400 on a normal day but every now and then sells for 50€ less and comes with 1-2 games and 1-2 controllers.

also pc is good because? yes! upgradability! so buying cheap power supply? not good enough

skylate celeron 2 thread cpu wont run any modern games (most need 4 threads just to start/run the game)

ram: you know why ram comes in kits of 2? cause even if you buy same 8gb stick later it might be troublesome and have compatibility issues. thats why ram comes in kits. so go 2 x 8 gb ram minimum.

also add 2 x 120mm fans to the case in case you really gonna build the pc (and go for g5400 minimum 8th gen to be futureproof so you gonna need a more expensive Motherboard too!).

You cant build a pc at console price

making a skylake celeron hard to upgrade in several ways pc on some website just shows you wanted to beat some guy saying the truth about console pricing.

also: 1050ti in europe is 180€ so unless you live somewhere in world with cheap parts then console is even a better option price wise

xbox one s 200€ with game and controller (it went down to 170€ with 2 games and controller 3 times last year alone)

ps4 slim went down as much as 219 and 239 couple of times already and ps4 pro + game and controller was a 329€ on best deal (and 349€ several times since release).

one x is currently 470€ with 2 games and controller.

the guy built a horrible bad pc in several ways for 400 on some random website to attack ps4 pricing with the major problem being 2 thread celeron = unable to play modern games that wont launch at all without 4 thread minimum).
