Which game is more overrated?

GTA5 was so much better than GTA4. It met my expectations, but then they were already in check after 4.

This thread is overrated.

MGS IV is the most overrated game ever. GTA IV is probably 2nd on the list. I thought GTA V was better then GTA IV. Never played Animal Crossing and never will.

I never played animal crossing but GTA 5 is awesome on so many levels its one of my games of the gen.

I think Trevor Rampage-killing hipsters is relevant to this discussion.

Final Fantasy IX

GTA 5 was better than GTAIV mechanic wise but the story was stupid, really friggin stupid. It made the game feel rushed. Never played animal crossing.

Yeah I agree. I didn't mind it but didn't think it was anything special.

GTA 5 of course. Such a step backwards from 4 imo. The driving was garbage. I loved the weight behind driving in 4. Then people cried about it, so of course R* changed it. The cars are freaking tanks in 5. What else....4 had some terrible missions, but somehow they managed to make a good bit of 5's missions even worse. The heists were fun, but they were about the only fun missions. The characters sucked except Trevor. Franklin was complete shit. His and Lamar's convos were beyond annoying. The actual map was pretty poor as well. Over half of it was boring to drive through.
