Which game has the best ragdoll physics/animations?

For me personally it has to be Rockstar games.

Max Payne 3 > Red Dead Redemption > GTA V

Hope RDR2 can surpass Max Payne 3 considering this is Rockstars first game from the ground up this gen.

Isn't ragdoll always the same?

GTA IV used euphoria. Which I think is better than the ragdoll used in GTA V.

If you watch the video you can see the clear downgrade in physics in some circumstances. I do think in some cases ragdoll is more appropriate.

wow i never seen comparisons but that is a clear downgrade going from GTA IV to V

Good thing is that there are mods for the PC version that restore most, if not all of the downgraded physics.

Fear, it deliberately accentuates them like a movie, both exaggerating impact/reaction, gravity, sound effects and of course slowing down time to enjoy every succulent detail.

i wish they remastered this game, i played only a little but the ragdoll physics mixed with gore made it feel so satisfying to shotgun someone.

Visually, aside from the odd shite human model ,the game holds up well.

I think Max Payne 3 used euphoria not ragdoll.

Imo Max Payne 2 had the best ragdoll physics from what I've seen and Splinter Cell Chaos Theory had the worst one.(Death animations are so funny)

I liked Pain on PS3. & you could nudge after you cease movement to continue flopping about like a Magikarp. Fond memories.

Probably R* games, though their realism doesn't necessarily translate into enjoyable gameplay.
