Which franchises do you hate the most?

I dont hate it cause hating on franchises is stupid as fvck, but I'll never understand why Halo is so popular. Its story is typical saturday morning cartoon sci-fi bs, corny as fvck and its gameplay doesnt do anything that hasnt been done before. It only got popular for doing proper online on consoles, everything else is bland and overrated as hell

None of those. My answers are Killzone and Gears of War. Both have piss poor gameplay and sorry. Their only bright spot is that they are both graphically very nice

I'm going to have to go with Uncharted here. Uncharted 2 remains the worst designed game I've ever played. It's a whole lot of flash and what little substance it has is pretty terrible.

I don't "hate" any of the franchises... but I consider Uncharted criminally overrated, packing some of the worst gunplay mechanics I've seen in the AAA TPS games.

What you acknowledge is irrelevant. The fact is that Halo CE and Halo 2 changed the FPS genre in a huge way.

Only idiots hate game franchises. It's as simple as not buying whatever game it is that you aren't interested in. I for one don't buy Killzone games and never had an interest in the series, but I am not so childish as to hate the series.

Just calling it as I see it. No other game's design antagonized my notions of good game design more than Uncharted 2 did. Having said that I've steered clear of a good number of games that I feel may do the things I hate in Uncharted 2 worse so it's not like I'm saying it's the worst designed thing in the entire industry. I'm just surprised that a game like it doesn't have a more polarized reception given how specific the experience it offers is.

Watching Killzone go Ae again (4th time out of 6, is it?) probably leaves you guys real bitter. This is why we still see all of that Halo hate, 12 years later.

Gears. Though I love halo, its got the worst fanboys in gaming. Seriously they can't accept that someone may enjoy killzone as much as halo.
