Honestly it probably won't, Sony is focusing long term sales, but by the time they reach thier target the next gen systems will be out IMO. There are just taking waaaay too long. It sucks for the fans too, while Sony is predicting future sales and focusing on blu ray the gamers are waiting for more games that other consoles seem to have more of.

true... but idont see the lack of games everyone is complaining about... how many games do you guys need?... i just buy what i like exclusive or not..

I know postin in system wars is hard, but does sales matter. And who cares. As a owner of all 3 i find myself using the PS3 more as a movie machine, which is not such a bad thing. When i was a kid gaming arguements were never about sales, they were about what games your system had that mine didnt.

I'm still trying to understand why people of all ages spend time talking about sales. The PS3 is outselling the 360 in system sales for a while now, thats a fact, but many people buy PS3 just to use for a Blu Ray player who dont even game. The 360 is the gaming machine where it has the highest attach rate, it might not sell the most each month, but more people buy games for it. The Wii on the other hand, alot of casuals buy it or i would say girlfriend/boyfriend couple or college dorm party animals for the sole purpose of playing Wii Sports. Many non gamestop stores in new york city around me give you crap back for Wii games as they don't sell as much as 360 or PS3.

Personally i like all 3, but i need money and gotta sell 1 so its prob gonna be Wii since well just cause thats my choice.

Gamers talking about sales are not gamers there buisness people, and real gamers we dont care bout buisness people.

Without FFXIII exclusive thats unlikely to happen

They have to sell about 200.000 consoles more than the 360 a month to get even in 2010 so they need a MGS4 title every month from now on to make it .Caseytappy

and they've been doing that WW...200-300k a month more than the 360

Definitely in 2010, probably Q2 2010. Sony has a number of "just wait" titles that will have to come out before then... and that will drive sales higher.
