The Coaltion - They just made gears 5 and that just came out last year

Ninja Theory - Hellblade 2 is an unreal engine 5 game and that is not in developers hands until 2021.

Playground Games - Fable seems super far out Forza Horizon 5 also farther out

Rare - Everwild is a toss up. Is this almost done or I mean we what....didn't really see much.

343i - Halo Infinite says 2021 dunno what month they brought in a bunch of new people to work on the game how positive are they that this is coming in 2021 I'm not sure.

Double Fine - Psychonauts 2 looks like a piece of crap to me I guess we should count this crap maybe its 2021 for this crap.

inXile - They just shipped wasteland 3 a multiplat on playstation.

The Initiative - we don't know crap about this studio or the game they are working could be still in early concept stage. They are still hiring and might be setup to get a game going yet.

Turn 10 - They didn't show gameplay like gran turismo 7 did, how far is this game out? They making a brand engine for x-series x get some gameplay show us how it looks already.

Obsdian - They just made a multiplat outer worlds on playstation and an expansion for it there is no way there is game is coming out in 2021.

Mojang - They seem like a multiplat studio that releases games everywhere like playstation 5 and stuff I Don't really care about them or their games.

Undead Labs - State Of Decay 2 was a banger I guess but when is 3 coming out I dunno really.

PC Ports Flight Simulator/Age of Empires 4/Gears Tactics - How do you make these games work with an x-series controller. I have no idea. Will the graphics on x-series x hold up compared to PC I dunno that either. When are these ports hitting I dunno.

Did I miss anything does microsoft have a game coming in 2020 or 2021 or 2022 and what will be the first do you think when should people buy this console?

They've got so many studios but a lot of them just released games recently or are brand new or have other issues.

I mean yeah the launch is pretty underwhelming... but so are all launches. The first year of every console is pretty lame. Cool that the PS5 has some good looking games coming out in that first year. But I wouldn't declare this gen over. Remember PS3's disastrous launch? Remember how long it took for the console to become relevant? Each of those MS studios are high quality studios and the games announced look to be really good (or at least the little we've seen thus far).

Agreed. Launches are usually a vacant desert of exciting games. That stated, it would be nice to know what to expect after the first year or two.

I guess it might be Halo: Infinite but I’m also pretty hyped for Gears Tactics and Microsoft Flight Simulator. There’s a bunch of other stuff that I’m looking forward to such as Fable, Forza Motorsport, Avowed, Hellblade 2, whatever the Initiative is working on, and Forza Horizon but I’m expecting those to come sometime after Halo: Infinite. Perhaps we’ll see something during Microsoft’s next show or whatever too.

What if Halo gets pushed back to 2022 or beyond due to issues or possibly get canceled to not ruin the Halo franchise and a new one Is rebuilt later on for the x-series? Would that concern you at all or are you just fine with whatever this studio does.

@ProtossRushX: I’m not going to worry myself with “what if’s”. If something happens to the game whether it’s being pushed back, canceled, or whatever then I’ll decide how to feel about that when or if that time arrives and with the knowledge at hand as to why it happened.

Anyway this is a thread about which “big” game will come out first come out for the Xbox Series platform and with the information at hand that looks to be Halo: Infinite.
