What's your next Day 1 purchase?

I'm thinking mine will be Persona 4 Arena Ultimax which comes out March 17th. Debating between PS4 or Switch version, or maybe both? 😲 Ghostwire Tokyo may be another one too, we'll see. But I'm pretty much a shoe in on Persona unless it ends up being broken or something. What about you, SW? What's your next Day 1 purchase?

Anno: Mutationem and Ghostwire still have a chance. Forspoken too but I remain unconvinced.

The next surefire buy is River City Girls 2

GoW2 is the only one that i could think of.

Got Ghostbusters Tokyo preordered, I have a good feeling about this one.

Haven't been disappointed by a Bethesda published product once.

It’ll either be Kirby and The Forgotten Land on March 25th for the Switch or Chrono Cross on April 7th for Xbox.

Kirby. The demo was amazing and I can’t wait to play the whole game.

Not the quality to justify the price.

It's very rare that I buy any game day one (I'm extremely cheap and wait for sales), but God of War 2 will be a day one purchase for me if I have a PS5 by then.

Don't know that I'll ever buy day one again... and if I do it, it'll like likely be something that's under $60 from smaller dev.

Never bought anything from day 1 because I'm a cheapskate, but just came in to say that without day 1 buyers, the video game industry wouldn't be as huge and glorious as it is today.

Personally hyped for Forspoken but each trailer making me less likely to purchase. As of now probably Test Drive Unlimited.

I don't buy things day one, but would consider it for a new F-Zero, Bushido Blade, or Power Stone.

Don't buy day 1 except Nintendo 1st party games.

Nintendo games hardly go on sale. Last day 1 game i bought (technically day 4 after release) was pokemon Arceus and if I buy another game day 1 it will end up being Kirby.

Anyway, I have no faith in DICE anymore. Too much of the talent has left and too many incompetent noobs remain.

There are a ton of games I want. Kirby, Advanced Wars, Xenoblade 3, Chrono Cross, Ghostwire Tokyo, GoW:R, Starfield, BotW2, Hogwarts Legacy, and Gotham Knights to name just some of them. To be honest, my backlog is so large, I probably won't day 1 any of them and just wait for sales.

Kirby and the forgotten lands but I will also not have time to play it for a while with having to work 6 days a week right now and also with still having a lot to do in Horizon forbidden west.

GOW2 or maybe BotW2

I just bought Elden Ring and Gran Turismo 7 on day one, and my next few games on my day one list are likely Stranger of Paradise, Crusader Kings III, MLB The Show 22 (depending on whether or not they can get things sorted out with MLB soon), and Evil Dead.

I would have said Chrono Cross (since it's one of my all time favorite RPG's and in my opinion much better than the original, but I play my original copy frequently so it's still up in the air).

I don't usually buy day 1 any more, outside of a few indies. E-sports Boxing club will probably be my next day 1 as soon as it enters early access.

Dunno. Bet it will be something from Nintendo. BotW2, possibly. Mario Strikers, maybe.

Elden Ring has been my only day 1 purchase thus far.

I'll get games like HFW down the road of course, but nothing else really screams day 1 like Elden Ring and GOWR.

I didn't like how they made the series more casual and the heavy SW: Battlefront influence in BF1, but I am a big fan of BFV. I really enjoy it and it's a shame they cancelled the remaining content for it so they could work on BF2042. BF2042 is just a disaster.
