First: Alan Wake
Last: Wolfenstein: The Old Blood

Braid was the first Steam game I bought and The Warlock of Firetop Mountain is my last.
Alphabetically, 1... 2... 3... KICK IT! (Drop That Beat Like an Ugly Baby!) is first and Zuma's Revenge is the last.
First game, by date: Empire: Total War (March 21st, 2009)
Last gameS, by date, since I bought them together: Deadpool and Injustice 2 (November 15th, 2017)
First game, alphabetic: ABZU
Last game, alphabetic: Ys Origin
First one I purchased was Portal I got it free when I joined Steam they had a promotion to get new people to join Steam. The last game I purchased was They Bleed Pixels.
Alphabetical order:
First: And Yet it Moves
Last: VVVVVV
First: Age of Empires II HD Edition
Last: XCOM 2
The earliest game is Half Life and a few others which were added on 27/11/03. Steam was launched on 12/09/03, I resisted it for a couple of months because I wasn't that sure about its' value and I was heavy into RtCW at the time which didn't need Steam.
First game 11th hour last game Zombie Army Trilogy
First game I bought that used steam was Half Life 2 in 2004.
First: Puzzle Pirates (I mainly got it to get Doom II and Civ III gifted from family)
Most Recent: Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, Enclave
I got Steam when it first came out in 2003. So my first games on it were Half-Life and Counter-Strike (I added them to my Steam library). The last game I bought was Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus ($30 CAD a month after release).
Steam is one of the greatest innovations in gaming. I have a library of hundreds of AAA games that cost me pennies. Console plebs can only dream of such great deals. Community tools make PS+/XBL seem like bush league offerings too.
Alphabetically:
First is Alien: Isolation
Last is Wolfenstein: The Old Blood
If you go by date of purchase:
First ist Half-Life 2 (I got Steam through buying HL2 at release)
Last ist Deus Ex Game of the Year Edition (bought it yesterday, even though I already have a physical copy since 2001 or 2002. Guess i'm finally going down the digital road... (O_o)
Apparently, if Steam is to trust, Civ V was my first game I activated on Steam. I'm pretty sure I had it longer, but probably changed my account or something. The last one was Sea Battle VR
Ordered by name it's $1 Ride and Zuma Deluxe
I've got my games categorized by genre, with "Action/ Adventure" being first and Top Down Shooter being last.
Going by that, the first game in my library is Blood Omen 2: Legacy of Kain and the last is a game called 12 is better than 6.
After taking a quick glance at my library, I believe the first game, overall alphabetically is Afraid of Monsters: Director's Cut and the last is Yomawari: Night Alone. Unsurprisingly, the category with the most games in my library is horror
Two Weeb Games that I have on backlog. LOL. Agarest: Generations of War / Ys: The Oath in Felghana.
In terms of buying: First game I ever got on Steam was Skyrim. No lie. Hated it, coming from a no DRM Phsyical PC game buys only. The last one just bought recently was Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice.
Current account:
- Aces Wild: Manic Brawling Action
- Zombie Army Trilogy
Older shared account:
- Alien Isolation
- Wolfenstein Old Blood
---
Chronologically I have no clue lol. Think Terraria was the first game I bought on my current account though.
Aerofly FS 1 Flight simulator
Xcom Enemy Unkown (free with bioshock infinite)
I read it as alphabet order.
