What is your favorite Fire Emblem game?

I really loved Path of Radiance (Game Cube) the most. I think it was just at the right place at the right time for me. (2005) I have a lot of fond memories of that game.

Never played them but I just want to point out that those are some pretty kickass titles.

Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones still remains to be my all time favorite Fire Emblem game to date.

Because you only play PlayStation titles..... Well, why don't you go find a copy of Tear Ring Saga? That's a PlayStation Exclusive that was made by the same maker of the Fire Emblem franchise

@FireEmblem_Man: I play PC titles too. I'll look into Fire Emblem if Nintendo announces the portable Switch model. Tear ring saga looks too old.

@FireEmblem_Man: I really appreciate the suggestions and I didn't mean to upset you :). I just don't like playing old games. The older gameplay and graphics are a barrier to me. Mods don't help on that front, a game would have to be remastered from the ground up. Some people might find that silly but it is what it is.

My favorite is Fire Emblem 7, the one for the GBA, followed by Echoes: Shadows of Valentia.

@FireEmblem_Man: The heart wants what it wants. Due to significant reliance on tech, games get outdated fast (unlike movies or books).

Fire Emblem (GBA)

Just beat the main campaign of Fire Emblem Echoes. What an amazing game. Really enjoyed it.

Fire Emblem Awakening.

I actually just got that to try, didn't know it had an english translation. Might knock it out before Three Houses comes out.

Conquest seems to be sorta going places for me right now...

@Eikichi-Onizuka: it's a great game. Although the plot bears similar to Shadow Dragon, but had a ton of interesting gameplay mechanics, such as equipping left and right hand weapons and shields.

GBA self titled and Gamecube one are the best. I like every game in this franchise but its slowly getting worse. It's becoming sort of anime-y and weeby and crappy. Also, there are no varied mission objectives anymore and there is zero enemy recruitment. It really has not gotten better at all recently. I've played every entry from translations of FE4 to now. Also, Three Houses is the first FE game ive encountered where I think the game could be bad. Im worried.

I haven't played any. Been meaning to since I really liked Advance Wars on the GBA, but just never got around to it. Maybe Three Houses will finally be the one.

Awakening, because it`s the only FE game that I`ve finished.
