@GoldenElementXL: To me Horizon looked like the most interesting new game so far this E3, but I'm actually most excited for Star Wars Battlefront and No Man's Sky.

For all the hype, The Last Guardian looks kind of boring though, and BC for Xbox might have been a game changer 2 year ago; unfortunately I think it's too little too late now. Most of the 360 games I still want to play I now own for PC and I have moved completely away from the Xbox ecosystem this generation with (still) no plans to purchase an Xbox One.

I think both Sony and MS brought some interesting things to table regarding VR. Looking forward to trying out the tech when I get a chance.

Probably Fallout 4. It comes out this year, and we were shown a ton of stuff. Horizon looks incredible, and we did get gameplay, but it was a vertical slice. It most likely won't be out until Holiday 2016. Battlefront looks great, but in the back of my mind I worry that EA is going to lace that game with DLC and microtransactions.

Gears and Halo...i'm just so burnt out on those games the desire is gone.

Battlefront > Rise of the Tomb Raider > Fallout 4 > everything else

Other than FO4 it is Horizon. I was pleasantly surprised by GO'S efforts though I need to see more.

Uncharted will always win for me but putting Uncharted aside, there was tons to be happy about today. My other top games are Mass Effect 4, Shenmue being kickstarted (basically a given as they are only asking $2 mil), and The Last Guardian. I'm even a little excited about the FF7 Remake.

I'd say FF7 if I knew for sure they won't change the battle system. But this is SE, so meeehhh.

I loved that Horizon footage only thing I didn't like after watching again was how much she talked to herself to tell you how to play the game. I hope that is just like a tutorial type beginning segment and doesn't do that thoughout the whole game.

It's amazing how even xbox fans aren't saying Halo 5, that gameplay showing they had after the cgi, was just drull, boring and BAD. This is one time where they would have been better off not showing anything but cinematics.

I know this is a thread about the best but I think its worth note that Halo 5 could be ranked as the worst.

Looking at the Halo 5 gameplay and then looking at Battlefron is like going from 2d 8bit video games to full 3d (not just talking graphics either)

I don't trust Bethesda to make an actual RPG and it looks like the continued dumbing down of the core RPG systems of their games has continued with FO4.

To date the best game they've made is easily Morrowind and it's been a fast hard fall downhill since then.

Oblivion was garbage and by far the worst es series game, fo3 was by far outclassed by New Vegas in everyway. Fo3 was dull and they clearly didn't understand the source content they were following.

Skyrim was a dumbed down mass pudding of blandness and boring gameplay without a ton of mods, it was almost as bad as Oblivion...not quite though. With enough mods though it is enjoyable, just not the game that Bethesda made though.

So while I'm excited by the announcement of FO4, I have huge reservations about it. So I'll wait to see how the actual RPG elements of the game is done. If not done right in the style of fallout, I'll not be buying.

Horizon is the most impressive surprise right now.

Shenmue 3 wouldn't have counted because it wasn't really shown but I'm hyped as hell for that. I play Shenmue 2 annually.

The reason no one will probably say Halo 5 is because it just looks like more Halo. Same with the fantastic looking Gears of War 4, which is just more Gears.

Get over yourself. Halo 5 had a great showing, just not the best. The graphics aren't mind blowing, but it also runs at 1080p/60.

Halo 5 and Fallout 4 are far ahead of the field. The scale of those games were impressive for the respective classes and deserve praise. 2015 holiday season is one of the great ones.

Same as yours, Horizon. It shot to the top of my most anticipated with the gameplay reveal. I can't say enough about the game's atmosphere.
