What is the difference between a psp (core) and the other kinds....

They don't, there's only one psp.

There's only one PSP. The Core pack comes with just a PSP and a charger, while the Value Pack comes with some accessories.

The more expensive ones come with a game, a movie and a memory stick. Or any combination of the 3.

Pretty much a waste of money, imo.
