What is the best first party game Sony, Nintendo, Xbox ever developed?

Sony - I think the best first party Sony game is God of War 2018. I think it epitomizes what Sony games are about. Creating great characters, narratives, while also being filled with action and fun.

Xbox - Didn't play Halo at its peak, so I might be missing out, but for me, Forza Horizon 5. Playground Games is the only real consistent AAA developer MS has. I look forward to Fable!

Nintendo - 1st party is much the reason why you get a Nintendo system lol. So many great ones to choose from, but Ocarina of Time still takes the cake for me.

What about you, SW? What is the best first party game Sony, Nintendo, Xbox have ever made?

Sony - I can agree on GoW2018.

Microsoft - Halo CE.

Nintendo - Most everything i liked from Nintendo were made by RARE, and they weren't first party. I guess Metroid Prime is their best first party title.

Microsoft: Ori

Nintendo: SMB3/SMW/3D World

Sony: Twisted Metal

Microsoft: Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge

Nintendo: F-Zero GX. If I can't count that because they had Amuzment Vision develop it, then F-Zero X.

@Pedro: Does Microsoft own Moon Studio? I was under the impression they funded Ori. Not sure if that qualifies as 1st party.

Edit: They own the IP though so I suppose that counts

Nintendo: tough choice. Super mario world and galaxy are right up there. Metroid prime remains exceptional. Its a privilege to play Xenoblade Chronicles. Pikmin 2 was wonderful. Breath of the wild was mechanically very interesting. Probably Metroid prime for me though. it'sa game that is consistently in my top 5.

Sony: i think i prefer the older sony to the newer sony when it comes to their games output. For me wipeout is still close to sony at their best. oozes cool, fun to play, no nonsense. In fairness i havent played most of their recent output as i didnt have a PS4. Horizon Zero dawn was a very nice surprise though. great game. but yeah at the moment the best game i played from sony is the wipeout series in general. RIP wipeout :(.

MS: I'm going to pick 2 here as there is their PC side and console side. On the xbox side i would go with Halo CE still. its the only game i can think of from MS on the xbox that made me sit up and take notice. it basically carried the first xbox. great game.

On the PC side i am going with freelancer. Elite dangerous/X series lite and all the better for it. please make a new one MS. other notable mentions are Starlancer, Crimson Skies (a lot better than the xbox game), Age of empires of course and the all important MS Golf (I dont even need to play that to know its greatness :P).

Sony: Definitely something older than GoW 2018, lmao. Freaking kids.
Nintendo: Pick one? lol. They have a shitload.

Sony: Bloodborne, they publish it, From Software makes it. Gonna be honest, Sony's first party is parade of mid, with some good games here n there like Last of us 2. Nothing they have ever produced would make an all time list for me.

Microsoft: Ori and the Will of the Wisp, again published, but since Moon isn't Microsoft, Halo 2. I doubt i'll ever like a Halo multiplayer as much as I love Halo 2. Same problem as above tho, unless ID can back up Doom Eternal with another stone cold classic.

Nintendo: Super Metroid, and while this pick was easy, as that's my favorite game, Nintendo has a fucking parade of classics on their run as a pub.

tbh the kids might be right, Sony as a first party is motha fuckin mid. Dad of War might have legitimate claim, even if God of War 3's the better game between the two.

Sony: Resistance (since it looks better than others)

Microsoft: Alan wake (technically Riddick was best xbox exclusive but not MS publish title)

@blaznwiipspman1: Only the butthurt people lmaoo. Its like hating Game of Thrones because you didn't like Joffrey or Cersi. That is precisely what made their character soo good.

I've never hated a video game character more than Abby, and that is exactly why TLOU2's story (along side its perfect 10/10 gameplay) is one of the best in gaming history. its absolutely enticing. I wish Joel didn't die, and I wish I could personally torture Abby for days, but it is what it is.

The Last of Us was still a just a little nudge better (I for one, hoped ND wouldn't make a sequel as it was not needed) but damn did Naughty Dog blow everyone's mile high expectations out of the water.

its 10/10 gameplay, 10/10 story. Clearly Sony's best game ever second only to the first Last of Us game and also vastly superior to anything Microsoft has ever made and on par with the best Nintendo games like LoZ:OOT.

Halo, Zelda ocarina of time and the last of us all top tier games.
