What Do You Guys Think Of FF7,9,10,10-2,12,15 PE, On The Switch

Good! I'll be getting them on my Switch. Playing Final Fantasy on the go makes sense! Also, this will kill the PS4 in Japan LOL

I think it’s totally awesome. I love it. I’m also looking forward to getting World of Final Fantasy as well.

I'm not a Final Fantasy fan so it personally means nothing to me, but I know that the franchise has a passionate fanbase, so this is definitely a good thing for Nintendo.

Never played them, but I own a switch, if I get an rpg itch I might pick them up, having handheld for these is nice. Nintendo was very smart to make the switch portable. I play it much more than my ps4 because of the portability.

Why should I think something?

Square trying to get cozy with Nintendo to shed FF association with PlayStation. Dunno how PS fan will react by next entry but definitely a bold move on Square part.

That would be cool for Switch owners....so now I get why this news came out today, they are making simultaneous announcements it seems

It is a very smart move by SE. Little reason for third parties to stick to one system.

From what I've read the Switch versions won't be physically available? I have no interest in Eshop stuff. :/ One of the reasons I've bought a console for is because I like owning my games, unlike the situation you have on PC where pretty much everything is digital.

Hopefully they will do the same with the Dragon Quest games. I know DQXI is coming to the Switch but I wouldn’t mind seeing that and others coming to the Xbox One as well.

Anyway I'm happy that the FF games are coming to other platforms. Always wanted to play them. :) It still seems like a pretty overwhelming series to get into however, due to the sheer number of titles.

Good for Nintendo. If they made the correct decision back in the N64 era to have CDs, they probably would've gotten most of those games. I have some of those games on PC so, I won't be purchasing the ones I have on Switch.

More ports, played them years ago.

Awesome, now I can finally play Final Fantasy 7 and 9.

Needs 8, but i'll probably buy some on Switch. They're also on Xbox as well, which is cool.

@FireEmblem_Man: SE are lazy as shit with their ports. FF8 hasn't been ported to anything other than PC AFAIK. Even the PC version is wonky as shit, but still playable.

Count me in for portable FF. Even looking forward to checking out some true crystal chronicles co-op without the clunky game boy link.

For me, this was the best announcement in Nintendo's Direct. Very happy that all those games are coming. I'm sure loads of Switch owners are completely stoked about this. ?

I'll definitely will get IX, such an awesome game... and maybe i will finally have the chance and the will to play X...i know is good, but i just haven't had the opportunity to really play it.

Wondering how PS fans will react to this. They had FF exclusivity for so long its pretty much what to expect when buying a PS. Loving the potential 100post of salt.

It's awesome as hell. I kinda want to get all of them. Even FFXII. Despite not liking the original FFXII, I hear Zodiac Ages really improves the game and I'd be curious to check it out.

That's cool for the fans. I personally don't like FF, so I don't really care. Looking forward to Crystal Chronicles though. That FF game had fun gameplay.

Final Fantasy 9 is like my favourite game of all time (shared spot with Majora’s mask), so **** yeah am I excited.
