I'm going with Bloodborne. It's one of those games that came out of nowhere and really surprised me with its design. I felt like it was a product of passion rather than just appealing to commercial interest. I wish more games were like that. Loved the atmosphere and the overall art. The music and the storytelling. Even the decision to not let players have a shield, and just let them fight it out, was brilliant in my opinion. It made you play smart and face your fears. It's a very unique game that really does deserve the praise that it got. Hopefully we will see 60 FPS / 4K edition soon! And a sequel too.
