What are your top 5 worst games you ever ever played?

Hello, so my friends where we always talk about GOTY and best this. but lets talk about worst games we have played in history. please friends, this thread is based on personal opinion so i hope all my friends will respect each other opinion.

so let me start.

5. Wolfenstein 2 the new colossus

While I disliked new order but this game manage to make it worse. its lengthy prologue about childhood BJ and his abusive father really turn me off. plus the opening wheelchair scene was so terrible and story is really bad yet it feel like heavily story driven. cutscene donot make good story. good writing does. then its level design is pure horrible. i can say only good thing that it has nice shooting when its in gameplay. better than new order. but everything else is terrible. seriously new order and new colossus are some of the worst shooter i have ever played. even old blood was not that bad. its kinda sad how amazing RTCW was and how this franchise has fallen.

4. Bioshock infinite

When i said its worst AAA FPS ever made. means its most highly rated but worst of them. the gamespot alternate review also told us why it suck. like every game it has one good thing that is nice setting. but gameplay is so bad. the shooting is absolute worst when this is why we play FPS. the levels are too damn scripted. its even more sad that its made by a legend ken levinne who made one of the best game ever made that was System Shock 2.

3. Deus Ex Invisible wars

The most dissappointing sequel ever released in the history of gaming. even warren spector believe game suck and it was their mistake. this was design for xbox in mind and is sequel to greatest game of all time. it basically rip everything from original deus ex that make great. even story and characters. as dissapointing as mankind divided is to HR. but it is still nowhear near as bad as invisible wars/

2. Prince of persia 2008

This is easily one of the worst game ever ever ever made. there is absolutely no redeeming factor here, there is no combat, just QTE, there no challenge as you cant fall down because eliza save you always. this is also the most casual game ever made. all you do is collecting some points, unlock area and over and over again. plain horrible.

1. Tomb Raider Reboot/ROTR

TR reboot and ROTR are literally worst games i have ever played in history. they are incredibly scripted, linear (ROTR is open but still useless), bad shooting, bad stealth, detective mode. plus lara croft is worst protagonist of all time. new tomb raider games are perfect example of how not to make a video game. its just that bad. it make uncharted feel like masterpiece in design.

so my friends, based on your personal opinion what are the 5 worst games you have ever played?

If they are the worst games you have ever played you have been very lucky. And can only have been playing games for about 5 years.

All the shit I played during the 8 bit era on the spectrum and atari ST would be the worst games I ever played.

Everything you threw at Bioshock Infinite can also be thrown to the Metro games. I once was able to guide my nephew on Metro: Last Light through long-distance speakerphone because I remembered the exact sequences of events in some of the levels.

I rather replay Bioshock Infinite than the first two Metro games.

As for worst AAA games......

ES: Daggerfall was one of the first MS-DOS games I played which was crash-happy. Usually, MS-DOS games did okay once the requirements were met and there was no driver conflict. Not Daggerfall. It just crashed whenever.

The other two were Amiga games I immediately ditched. The worst game I ever finished was:

Back everything was labeled with "Cryengine" I stupidly, blind bought this game trying to be hip thinking I was supporting an indie developer. Half the games assets were missing, broken scripts etc... The developer attempted to rename the game to hide the negative feedback.

I'm amazed it still up on Steam actually, but then again, this is Steam we are talking about.

As far as other "bad" games go, it's difficult to think of anything legitimately out and out terrible. I guess there have been terrible ports, but the games themselves have generally been good. But never bothered with Greenlight/EA much, you can usually see they are shit 10 miles away.

Ghost,please please please just stop, stop embarrassing yourself like this all of the time. There's absolutely no way in hell those are actually the worst games you've ever played, unless you've only recently begun gaming and have almost no games under your belt.

Absolute worst? Ok let's see, I usually try to forget bad/boring games and I very rarely end up getting a bad game, since I try to do my research before a purchase.

1. Devil May Cry 2. Absolutely no challenge, whole game could be probably beaten with just twin pistols. I loaned this game.
2. Metro Last Light. Booooooooring. Tried other Metro games as well, good graphics, but oh so ****** boring. Just your average scripted FPS game. Really glad I didn't pay full price of any of them.

Having a hard time remembering the bad ones right now. Gotta add, that I've beaten RotTR 3 times now and had a blast with the game every time.

If those are some of the worst games youve ever played then you cant have played many games.

Anyway, I don't know. Too many games. BioShock Infinite did indeed suck humongous balls, but I've played several games that are way worse. None of the games you listed are broken, they work as intended. Broken games should be higher up on your list.

Maybe "highly acclaimed games you think suck" would be a better question?

If the STALKER games were on console and crashed as often as the original disc-based versions, all three would make the Top 5 Worst games. ;)

5. Persona 4 Golden. 13 hours. It was the same amount of time as six men in Benghazi and for me just as harrowing. How in the actual fvck do any of you get excited to play this drek? Yaaayyyyyy!!! Its the AI's turn to hit me, so awesomely action packed!!! Waifus guys!!!!!! My Lord, go out and talk to a real girl. They're really fun.

4.Watchdogs. 4 hours in and I didn't give a shit at all. Right back to Gamestop.

The new doom is easily the worst.... god short campaign, not a cover shooter pretty much forces you to run around like a chicken with your head cut off, dumb AI, dumb bosses that you pretty much kill by jumping and moving out of the way... stupid generic rock music, boring cliche "space marine" protagonist, I mean bleh.

oh, and the other 4 worst games are Max Payne, System Shock, Prey, and Metro. So bad.

A few that come to mind:

Metroid- I don't understand how anyone could beat this game without a guide. You'd have to run around shooting every section of wall to find your way around. Some very frustrating moments. Enemies hurt you as your transition between rooms. Slowdown when too many enemies on screen.

Final Fantasy Type 0 HD- I can't believe I played through this whole game, but it was so meh! Characters were awful, story was awful, gameplay was pretty bad too.

Bubsy- I was actually pretty good at this game as a kid, went back and played it recently and couldn't tolerate it lol.

Super Pitfall- What a weird, really bad NES game

Superman 64- I think it's the only game I ever rented as a kid and asked to return the same day we got it.

If I actually really think about the truly terrible games I’ve played in my 30 odd years of gaming Cybermorph for the Atari Jaguar keeps coming to mind. Terrible graphics, horrible to play, annoying sound and cost £50 20 years ago.

Then a game called Killeak the Blood which was the first FPS I played on PS1. Nothing about that game was fun or interesting. Just the same enemies in the same corridors.

Wolfenstein II is one of the best games I played last year. I couldn't get enough of it.

The shooting is brilliant and is a true spectacle to behold. Loved visiting different places across the US and seeing how it was affected by Nazis (atomb bomb on Manhattan, nazi parades through the streets).

The part with Hitler was absolutely brilliant.

Wolfenstein II is better than DOOM, which got really repetitive after a few hours, that's for sure.

Subjectively, I am still upset at what Crysis 3 became and have rarely been as insulted by a purchase. But objectively it’s nowhere near the worst games I’ve played.

PDZ and Gears are two more that made me want to break things.

Overall my pick goes to Tobin’s Passage (or was it Torin’s Passage?). God that game was maddening in every way.

Its kinda irony that wolf 2 which emphasize highly on story and Doom did not. yet Doom has better story plus Doom slayer is better character than new BJ (old BJ was cool).

I really cant wait to see what Doom 2 will do knowing Doom ended on cliffhanger and what happen to Doom slayer.

If they are your 5 least liked games, I'd love to know your 5 most liked games. All of those you mentioned are good to very good games, but of course it's down to opinions. You need to look up Rise of the Robots to know what a truly poor game is. More recently Knack, COD Ghosts, Flatout 4 and Drawn to death stood out as being either truly awful or unplayably boring.
