What are your top 5 games on the Switch?

I'm thinking about getting switch now that its like getting links awakening remake + tetris 99 and super mario maker 2 which all seem pretty sweet.

What are the top 5 must have games for the system currently? Is Tetris 99 worth getting a switch for right now or should I wait for links awakening to hit and maybe get a deal on it? BATTLE ROYALE tetris nintendo are genius. Sony is really letting me down with the ps4 and the vita right now after seeing that direct just wow.

Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker for sure. New content on the way, some like more of an expansion pack and nickel and dime nonsense the other two inferior consoles regularly indulge in. A free update for 2p as well, lovely stuff.

It looks better than Links Awakening, and it's a port of a wiiu game.

Go figure.

There are other games I love that are also on Wii U but best on Switch like BotW, Bayonetta 2, Tropical Freeze, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Then there are multi-plats that just feel at home on the Switch like Hollow Knight, The Messenger, and Celeste.

Can't go wrong with any of those.

2. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe (Even though it's a port. Play online all the time. Wish they'd at least release 2 more DLC cups. Fans want it really bad. Also, Tom Nook would be a great character to add. Maybe upon the release of AC Switch.)

3. Overcooked 1/2 (Great multiplayer games.)

4. New Super Mario Bros U Deluxe (A good port...didn't play the original Wii U game.)

5. Super Mario Party (A good game but I prefer the older titles. I feel as if the boards are less creative in this game.)

I have around 7 games now for switch. Put xeno 2 at fifth cause I finished it.

Definitely a decent library picking up for switch. Getting difficult to ignore for me I brought a Wii u and got burned. I recently saw someone trade one it a bit gutted I didn't jump on it.

Despite all the games I own for Switch, and all the time I've spent with it, I've only got a couple exclusives for it and I've only beaten a handful of games on it. One of those games is Bayonetta 2 though, which is fantastic.

Im just a sucker for the PhS games... can finally retire my GBA slot on my DS lite with the full series on Switch.

It was good era of gaming. SNK Collection is also a nice choice for Ikari Warriors and a quick pickup co-op game, works well vertically too. Old school arcade games found a nice home on the system.

Same for me until I started a 2nd playthrough of BOTW!
