I tried Disgaea 5. How long did it take you to really get hooked?

I have been hooked since Makai Kingdom on the PS2. Beaten every Disgaea game.

3ds would be bravely default for me.

@n64dd: It's a good place to start, for gameplay and story. D5 is a prequel to the entire series, but the games aren't connected, just the worlds, and it is the most new comer friendly, since you don't need to use exploits just to beat the story.

Then you missed the game of the gen so far, and I will be rewarding Playground by fully purchasing FH4.

Octopath Traveller will probably be my new favourite for the Switch. I downloaded the demo but only played it very briefly and will be picking up the game this Friday.
