What are you playing this weekend, SW?

I beat Shenmue 2 last weekend, and man, that game/series is epic! Glad to have become a fan.. and also glad I didn't wait 16 years for a sequel lol. This weekend I will be playing Valkyria Chronices. I'm on Chapter 11 I think.. Want to see if I can beat it before Resident Evil 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3 come out. What about you, SW? What will you be playing this weekend?

Actually got her last weekend, which meant much less grind (still got Redeemer Prime and Akjagara Prime to gun for, but those can wait), and much more time for other games. Been dabbling in Starpoint Gemini Warlords and SoulCalibur VI ever since.

But you know what, in honour of Bungie giving Activision the well-deserved middle finger, I think I'm going to play some Destiny 2.

@madrocketeer: lol, you always make me want to try Warframe. And now you remind me that I have Destiny 2, which I still haven't played..

Destiny 2 is pretty good too, just a bit too familiar for me. Like Borderlands and Call of Duty had a baby.

I bought Forza Horizon 3, which I'm enjoying a lot. So I'll be playing more of it.

Oh, this is a good idea. I'll do it too. Would be funny to see player numbers skyrocket after this wonderful news ^^

Beat Yakuza Kiwami and now doing all the side stuff. Also installed iconoclast and it's ok. Go play it some more.

And I am buying RDR2 this weekend.

Lots and lots of Fortnite

I'm still playing and enjoying Darksiders 3, that game is really addicting, I enjoy backtracking getting items after my latest power-ups and still hunting down the "Seven Deadly sins" (not the Anime you guys) Darksiders 3 really getting my attention favorite game of late 2018, so I'll be focusing on Darksiders 3 this weekend and I should be done with it by Sunday. And a little play of Skyrim, that game never get's old.

@R4gn4r0k: yeah FH3 is great. Maybe I'll play some too. My current plans are Total War Warhammer 2 and Into the Breach. Probably some other things as the mood hits

@xantufrog: Moving to Windows 10 opened up so many possibilities for me :D

First I tried some Age of Empires: DE and now I can finally play the Forza games I missed. I'm having a blast with FH 3 ^^

Still need to get Warhammer 2 and Into the breach as well.

@R4gn4r0k: both are awesome. Into the Breach is deceptively bitesized. Rounds are short, but it becomes hard fast, and really depends on clever planning and use of tools and the environment. It's kind of the perfect pick-up-for-a-few-minutes game for me that doesn't sacrifice challenge or depth. I can't think of another game right now that does both; usually difficulty for me means more time commitment

Probably will beat Kingdom Hearts 2 then starting Dream Drop Distance. Maybe some Red Dead Redemption 2 as well since I put it down over a month ago

Probably will do some Battlefield 5, maybe some Escape from Tarkov, some more Assassin's Creed: Odyssey... Perhaps others, we'll see.

I’ll be playing more Forza Horizon 4 on the Xbox One. Having a great time with the game. I would like to pick up Tales of Vesperia Definitive Edition for the Xbox One this weekend as well so I might start playing that as well.

Probably Dead by Daylight and Tera on PS4, and Child of Light and Hyperdimension Neptunia U on Vita. I've bought a bunch of Vita games on sale recently, so maybe other stuff too, and the Vita games I've ordered could arrive today too.

I got AC Odyssey a week or so ago, but I'm finding it incredibly boring so I probably won't play much if any of it. its shaping up to be one of those open world games I play for 10 hours then abandon forever. which is disappointing since I enjoyed Origins but the story and dialogue in Odyssey just isn't doing it for me and the rest of the game isn't good enough to prop it up without narrative context.

I started replaying Metro Last Light which has been really enjoyable so far so i'll continue doing that, and probably some multiplayer games like BFV, Monster Hunter, Insurgency Sandstorm as well

Fallout 76 .... new patch is buttery smooth

Will also check out the RE2 Demo, and continue Phantasy Star 2 dam clearing while I watch the playoff games.

my vita is also sick :(. i woke early this morning to find it flashing on and off like crazy. if i switched it off it would switch itself back on. if i powered it down it would randomly power back up. something is wrong with the whole power button mechanism (either the button itself, the cable or something on the board is telling the vita the power button is being pressed a lot).

so surgery needed at 3:30 in the morning to disconnect the battery (no way im letting it do that while im at work. big risk of causing more damage, corrupting data and so on).

i have had it plugged back in now for about 2 hours and it is behaving itself. I had it on in standby and no problems for an our. I have it powered down completely now and am keeping an eye on it to see if it powers itself up again and spazzes out. im hoping maybe it got a bit too cold and it caused something to short circuit but probably a naive hope.

dam....i must finish Ys. And the rayman games. the beginning of the end for my vita i think :(.

BEEn playing a lot of arkham knight hopefully make a further dent in it over the weekend. Easily the best batman game I've played.

Destiny 2, Tekken 7.

Not too sure. Played and finished the Titanfall 2 campaign yesterday, which was fun. Downloading the RE2 demo ATM... Other than that, maybe finish off Tropical Freeze and some more Xeno 2.

I am, for better or worse, wrapping up my level 120 priest in WoW. Probably going to play it for a bit, check out some end-game content, then call it a day. The new expansion was so-so as far as leveling, but honestly I am enjoying the end-game a lot more than I did Legion. Not that I do raids or anything, it's just a bit less grindy and a lot more interesting.

I think I might pick up AC: Odyssey again after a week-long break and finally finish it; I could tell the main quest was starting to wrap up.

I've also treated myself to a new VR games, Hot Dogs, Horseshoes, and Hand Grenades. It's really cool what they are doing with VR, I really can't say that enough, and this game is a lot of fun. Basically a gun simulator with some scenarios, ranges, and some good humor.

Into the Breach was too hard for me! :( But such a good game.

Yeah you describe it well: bite-sized :D It's fun fun fun. Is it on mobile? I can totally see that being a great game on tablet and even phone. Not that I play on either of those platforms, I just think it'd be cool.

Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition (PS4)

I am about 3 hours in and absolutely love it! It definitely seems to be one of the better Tales games for some reason...it’s really pretty with the colours and everything. Considering it came out 10 years ago I’d say it stood the test of time. :)

Completed the demo in 18 mins, and decided to play through a bit more before my 30-min window ran out. It looks and plays great.

Just gonna get to 40 hours of Quake Champions before deleting it from my SSD. Fun game but not as fast or as fun as Quake 3 in my opinion, and that's coming from someone who was in the single digits at that time so I didn't get to play Q3, I was playing Smash and Ocarina of Time. Also, I really only play bots now. Fucking Multiplayer queues take forever in Champions so I can't be bothered anymore.

@mrbojangles25: i've been playing it on Switch, personally. I like to lay on the sofa and tackle a level while the pasta boils or my coffee brews. It can be too hard though. I come back because it feels fair, though, you know? Like, I lose because I know I could have done something better, and it's ok because I didn't invest an hour and a half into the round; just 10 minutes or something

Not much really... might have a look through the games out on Game Pass and download something from there.

Just Cause 4 as i'm looking for the cow gun (yes i'm serious) now I could just watch a Youtude video for directions to the gun, but that takes the fun out of it.

And I will probably start another racing game, not sure which one.

So far it is some amazingly good fun. This feels like a big step up from the Wii and DS games.

When I'm not doing yard work? STALKER: Lost Alpha DC v1.4007. I was near the end of v1.4005 (with Extended Pack). But, when v1.4007 released? I started over.

Just beat What Remains of Edith Finch. I thought it was amazing up until the end lol. Disappointed by the ending!

I'm in the final missions of epilogue 2 in rdr2 and I'm playing smash.

@SolidGame_basic: Playing Yakuza 6, currently on chapter 6. Hell of a game, but it's too damn easy. I'm playing on hard difficulty.

I just found the gun and you can shoot people in cars, boats, helicopters etc, so funny :)
