Yes, but they have discovered the Ubisoft Original Microtransactions with the last few AssCreeds. In their future games, why not just have both? Its just content for the player afterall.

It's possible that Ubisoft is planning to branch out and let other studios produce Tom Clancy games or whatever, maybe for mobile or niche audiences or something. I feel like the Tom Clancy franchise is too big for just Ubisoft internal studios producing content for it. 🤷‍♂️

There games tend to be developed by multiple studios all over the world. I guess this new label is more convenient. They can’t even keep track of it themselves anymore 😂
