Ubisoft officially announced Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Frontline, first details

Ubisoft has just announced a new Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon game, Frontline. Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Frontline is a free-to-play, tactical-action, massive PvP shooter grounded in the renowned Ghost Recon universe. Moreover, the company has also revealed its debut trailer that you can find below.

The game features an advanced class system and large set of tactical support tools, allowing for complete freedom in strategic gameplay, with multiple ways to outsmart enemy teams and win each match.

Players will build their roster of elite contractors from all around the globe. Additionally, they will explore Drakemoor Island; a massive and hostile open-world that demands quick adaptation and teamwork to survive. Furthermore, the game will support cross-platform support. As such, players can enjoy fun and collaborative competition across various game modes.

It’s also worth noting that you can register to join the upcoming PC closed beta.

I find it harder to get into PvP these days so I probably won't bother on that alone.

PC version of advanced warfighter is best in series. took original Ghost recon formula and mordernize it without dumbing it down.

Original ghost recon was amazing game sure. but AW is more of age well as of now.

@ghosts4ever: Heroes Unleashed is basically a compilation of decades of modders works updating and adding to the game.

Rainbow 6 also has a compilation mod that combined R6/Rogue Spear all expansions including the Korean one along with other shit.

The content and quality of life improvements are through the roof.

Tried playing the original Splinter Cell trilogy recently, but the Unreal 2 engine was really rough on me.

Hope this old game runs without much hiccups :p

@R4gn4r0k: Ghost Recon should work fine, the Heroes Unleashed mod (aside from masses of content and gameplay improvements) also updates the graphics without fucking up the art direction.

The main problem is actually playing online, typical Ubisoft bullshit.
