its the same, and the editor itself is only slightly different, meaning that everything should be very easy to convert into New Vegas.

I guess teh point is there will be tons of mods.

Mods really made Oblivion and Fallout 3 on the PC stand out. Hell the hardcore mode in Vegas is a direct copy of a mod made for Fallout 3.

Mods do have an effect on developers decisions when making games.

Mods! Sweet, sweet mods. :D I can't imagine playing a vanilla Fallout 3. *shudders*

When New Vegas releases can someone recommend me to some mods? I played Fallout 3 on my little brothers Xbox 360 so I never got to mod it.
