Haven't played it in a while, may do so.

Probably most overrated game this gen. has fantastic presentation but playing part suck.

witcher 3 is just another ubisoftify open world game.

Great game. Great DLC. Great ending.

And 5 years later with 3 attempts Ubisoft is still struggling to emulate it and keeps failing at it.

i love this game. but i have to admit the world was to big at first for me. to choose were to go next just overwhelmed me. i found myself staring at the map for 20 min not realizing it lol.

i can't wait to see what they do next gen with the ssd and the next gen consoles. this is the only game this gen that i wished for a high end pc to play.

Never understood the Ubi hate, odyssey was pretty damn good.

Im playing it at the moment. I finished the main story ages ago but never finished the expansions. Just finished heart of stone and am in the middle of Blood and wine now, which is brilliant so far (and MY GOD IT'S GORGEOUS!). I think this is going to be a good send off for the whole saga.

Definitely one of the best games i have played this gen. For a time i thought "only crap osan0....i think they have done it. i think they have made the best game ever". Alas not to be. It just has a bit too much "Show don't play" in it and once i saw it i couldn't stop seeing it. Still a dam fine game though. Definitely the most impressive AAA game made this gen.

On a related note: A properly great trilogy too. flawed, lots of issues, but still great.

Amazing game... and Blood & Wine is probably the best DLC ever made.

I have it with mods, it still looks good, but past its prime. Was very impressive 3 years ago, though.

For real, back in 2015 it blew my mind how good it looked. It was brimming with details, and brought mid end PCs and consoles to its knees.

I'm sure Cyberpunk will do the same.

I should really get back to it and play the expansions. I started Hearts of Stone a few months back but for some reason drifted away from it.

On the topic, i played it for like 200 hours and never even finished it (didn't even go far into the story). There was so much to do, that i was permanently side tracked doing side quests or just exploring the world. Skipped both expansions, which is a crime.

It's an amazing game. It tells you something that they are now the largest gaming company based out of Europe and it's all off of one IP.

Man, this game still has a bustling modding scene, something that keeps me playing on the PC platform the most.

I may have to replay this at some point modded to its limits lol.

No, Ghost is right on this one as far as I'm concerned. I'm on my third attempt to play this game now and I'm just baffled at how this game gets so much acclaim. The combat is just terrible - shallow, boring, and frustrating due to how spastic the controls are. The lore and general world building is good, and there are some well written characters, but it's all severely let down by the gameplay. I really want to finish this game, but it's more out of curiosity than a genuine desire to play it.

@PernicioEnigma: I found the easiest sign to specialize in was the quen (shied) sign. Also it's important to make sure your gear is at an appropriate level.

Why do you game on mobile? there's another guy here in zaryia or whatever his name is that games on mobile, you 2 should get together and reminisce and compare what games you both play while on the bus :)

I think this game shows that a developer does not have to be American, Japanese, Canadian, British, or even Western Continental European to create an amazing game.

Im on a flip phone. Even if i wanted to game on mobile, i can't. You on the other hand, you spend 1g to upgrade your phone on yearly basis just so you could have the best performance possible playing your smartphone little games made for casuals. When you're done shelling mtx into your little games, you waste more time on racing games. What a mess. Something needs to change 😢

Even though I don't agree with you, you just made a good example of how to disagree with someone by keeping your opinion an opinion, and not trying to make it a "fact", as ghost does.

Excellent game and one of the top RPGs of the decade (or last 20 years) still overrated af tho.

One of those games where something awesome happened in it and I thought to myself "god I love this game", numerous times with this one actually and that doesn't happen a lot nowadays. Easily one of the best games this gen. Blood and Wine was also a very good expansion thats definitely worth picking up if you enjoyed TW3 and dont have it yet.
