Well, as someone once said. The only thing directly comparable about a video game is graphics. That's why every thread here is about graphics. Obviously, the Wii's graphics are worse, that's why it's not talked about a lot.

I can't game on my PC. But anyway, I'm not saying the wii is bad or anything, I enjoy mine, just that it doesn't excel in many aspects beyond the competition. I think it does have a more varied library though.

Sales, it beats every other system but the PS3 in exclusive GOTY's, and it doesn't break.

The only reason you don't care is because you're either a PS3 or XBox 360 fanboy and the Wii is kick both of those systems butts.

The 50+ million people who own a Wii aren't ingorant to the system.

Who cares? Is that something that is on your mind when you game or go and purchase games? People say this like it inherently matters, it really doesn't. As far as most Wii games being marketed to casuals I don't really see the problem with this either. They are not educated on gaming, they aren't going to know or care unless they are informed. Does it really matter if a game not targeted to you sells well?

Honestly, do you think the head honchos at Nintendo headquarters thinks about what a bunch of teenage and adolescent gamers on a gaming forum think? They are rolling in $$$ and that is all that matters.

Just because some one may not like the same things as you doesnt mean they are ignorant. Most people on this site are well aware of what the Wii has to offer, as well as the the other current consoles/systems.
