only if you have low standards and the only games that were ever worth 70 dollars alot of ways were n64 games like turok and n64 wave race and mario kart and mario 64 you know real legend games?
plus cartridges are more durable than blu ray disk, that also was a contributing factor aswell.
And why would you need them to be more durable? Do you sit on your games? Maybe drive your car over them? Who cares if its more durable. I have never, no matter the system, broke a game. Dunno wtf you people are doing with your games if durability is a plus for you.
When you were a kid, it was great to beable to just grab the cartridge and throw it in your pocket and ride over to your friends house and play it on their console so you could play multiplayer.
Wasn't my case. Was pretty gentle with my stuff even when i was a kid cuz i knew that if i broke it, my parents wouldn't buy me a 2nd copy.
kinda hard to fit a big ass game case in your pocket, cartridges are just better all around when it's all said and done.
