The problem with the gaming industry is the lack of console loyalty.

When you have manticores and shemmings or Leeps or Lows or Shows or Cheeps.... Or Cowemmeeps.....Whatever

You have discord

When a bad game comes out for a console, if the players don't like it, they can simply go to another console

Complaints get waived.

See, when a person's only console is one console, they are more emotionally attached, and so will have a bigger voice.

That's why I will only buy microsoft products

I've been loyal to microsoft for 8 years and I will be for the next 8 and so on.

I have complete and utter faith in them. Their games and consoles have never let me down and I've never had a longing for a ps3 or wii

Either it's just getting more attention lately or kids these days are soft as sh!t to kill themselves over bullies.

Err, no the problem with the gaming industry is the lack of attention given to games. Developers have used this generation as an excuse to release half-assed mediocre titles; "Oh, the aiming on Uncharted 3 is bugged? We'll fix it in a patch!" You could never have gotten away with that with any generation before this one. Look at a game like FallOut: New Vegas for example; Great game, but it was plagued by so many bugs at it's launch.

Developers need to stop selling us $60 cupcakes with poopie-flavored icing. Oh, no matter, they'll just scrape the icing off and substitute chocolate on a later date. GMAFB:roll:

If I had some sick fetish for a piece of plastic and a handful of chips, than I would have never been able to play Mario Galaxy 2, Uncharted 3 and Halo Reach. Note the word AND... Only playing a microsoft console your whole life is like eating the same meal for your whole life. Thank god i experienced almost all those consoles from snes to dreamcast to ps1 to ps3, because i actually KNOW what each has to offer.needweed
