Windwaker certainly was. Skyward sword was great as well but I hate motion controls so it was a let down.

Am I the only person here who wants another 2D Zelda like the oracle games or LttP ?

I just can't get into the 3D ones.

The DS Zeldas and Skyward Sword are crap. Twilight Princess was, good, but far from amazing or anything. incredibly boring at parts

Zelda hasn't been top quality for nearly 10 years.

If you wanna say they are good games, then sure.. But let me ask you, who says that any of the last 4 Zeldas were their favorite ever? Almost every zelda before that, there are loads of people who say that they think its the best one. Even the Handheld ones. But I've never heard anyone say any of those were the best.. Maybe someone did about TP during the honeymoon phase when the game just came out but not anymore.

Only good games on that list is Majora's Mask, and if you think OoT is good you automatically like TP. Unless stubborn.

None of em are masterpieces IMO, closest one is Majora. But then again Zelda games were never really my favorite, or my thing.

WW, like SS, was still a very good game that I really enjoyed, but its not a masterpiece.

I do agree with you for the most part. Skyward Sword did have better NPC interaction than TP,and SS was more difficult than TP and WW, and honestly maybe even OoT and MM (mostly when it comes to combat). As for better side-quests than WW? Maybe, it's beena while since I played WW.

Like I said SS is definintely a very good game, it just has its issues that hold t back from being the best Zelda.
