Blood does not really equal gore. If that were the case than I coulde claim to ahve made the goriest game just by everytime you kill someone it starts Raining Blood (song included). To make a game gory it needs to be graphically violent. For example if I were to rip out someone's spinal cord and use it to floss them to death then ripped out their brain and added to my collection (as in that Simpson's episode with Frinks dad) that would be gory. But foutains of blood do not make a game gory they just make it look stylized and cool.
