I suspect these two may possibly cross platforms at some point. What do the rest of you think?

i doubt it.
these are going off the fact that namco has been supporting the 360 as of late and SO because, well, because people doubt that SE will make a 360 only title.
Namco has been making exclusives more so- katamari, ace combat, tales, the other tales, etc.
SE already has 2 games on the console that a going to stay exclusive (sylpheed and infinite)
Maybe, its just i would guarantee it. Hopefully though.
Star Ocean 4, if its decent.
Tekken 6, no chance at all. Not only is the game actively built around the Ps3's hardware (each arcade version is very similar to it) the game wouldn't work with the 360 controls. The 360 controller sucks balls at fighting games.
[QUOTE="boychat"]Nacmo-Bandai already confirmed Tekken 6 is not PS3 exclusive.Kratos-PS3

Tekken 6 NOT PLAYSTATION 3 Exclusive according to interview with GamEX Magazine From the interview of GamEX magazine in their latest issue (posted below) with Namco Bandai staff regarding Tekken 6. I just got around to reading it this afternoon, and I was quite surprised to read this tidbit.Star Ocean 4, if its decent.

Thewbacca
Like Soul Calibur 4 and Virtua fighter 5 , Tekken 6 will be so diffrent:roll:
[QUOTE="TenP"]I hope not.
Exclusives help the gaming economy grow.
PS3Breeder
uh what ?
It's a simple concept. Systems need Exclusives to compete, competition only makes the economy grow.
If every game was Multiplat, then what sense is there in owning both systems? What sense is there having both systems in the market?
namco bandai has a contract for a certain amount of game exclusives to each system, im guessing tekken is still with the playstation...even though the developers want to port it to the 360 i think it should be sony's callozmatic77
Tekken 6 is defianetly going to be multi-plat. Star Ocean 4, maybe.Aljosa23i think you got it the wrong way around :|

Don't listen to fanboy rants. Their logic is "ff13 came to 360, r2/vs13/lbp, GoW3 will come to 360 too lololol"
After so many threads on this, it's quite pathetic. I just don't bother to give a proper answer to these ppl anymore.

Well there's case to made for Tekken.
Ace Combat = Namco Bandai game series. 5 numbered games and a prequel. All great, all Playstation exclusive. Number 6 ends up on 360.
Tekken = Namco Bandai game series. 5 numbered games and Tag Tournement. All great, all Playstation exclusive. Number 6 ends up on 360???
Not 100% logic or anything, but it seems more than possible.
I'd have to say that it's very likely that Star Ocean 4 will get ported to the PS3 at some point later on.
However as for Tekken 6, I'd say that yes the game will end up as a multiplatform game on PS3 and 360. Its taking the dev team a very long time to port it to consoles, which makes it even more obvious.

I heard the arcades around my neighbourhood (richmond hill, Canada) are using ps3 hardware. I think they must have had an agreement or something.
Oh well, I don't go to the arcades anymore cuz the hardcore ppl just hand me my arse on a silver plate.

The controllers and the online component. Although that would mean no-one would have any reason to buy the 360.I wouldn't be surprised at all if both of them ended up being ported.
The third party exclusive is a dying breed this generation.
