The fact E3 2021 is closed this year, not much to say on gaming news as it seems most of the major publishers are gonna do their own digital show thus leads to slow news. As far as forums goes, I still keep coming here out of bad habit. The problem is, Gamespot fails to "get with the program" and lost its way.
@briguyb13: Whenever I hear about someone thinking of deactivating their own accounts, why not leave the account alone and just leave their? Probably a few years later, you get the urge to come back and the account will be waiting where you left off. Deactivate never made sense to me, just leave this place.

@xantufrog: Long game even by RPG standards.
Shooting through Original Sin again, seems fairly longish as well. However haven't came across a single dungeon or area that has copy-paste syndrome or a general feeling of padded.
One thing I do dislike about OS:E, a lot of the difficulty in fights comes from bosses getting the jump on the player with the first hit which is usually devastating. Most time getting around it by cheesing pre-fight. Seems regardless of how much pour into initiative this is always the case.

Even I (ie me) not making interesting threads as of late. maybe short on contents? or what?

I think it's time for the forum to go down the Old Yeller route.
I had a hope you'd be the last user, perverted irony at its fullest, but alas, it looks like it's going to be a muffled whimper.
Should have stuck with Champs Discord, could have been with the cool kids. Woe.
@ghosts4ever: You have yet to make one single interesting thread 😆
My threads get more views and more reply than other people threads. they are interesting thats why they work.
Yes my freind, it was a reference to Dune that went over peoples heads, and wasn't funny.
Cup, why you always excited for random fighting game (not named mortal kombat). just asking.

Defeating people online, playing guitar hero with an overpriced stick etc.. respite to the horrors of life, a self-inflicted delusion of grandeur of having worked towards, and succeeded at something tangible to distract from the overwhelmingly crippling reality.

But fighting games suck. they are still one trick pony. you put some move, punch, kick, KO "owaaaaah".
I used to like them when i was young. now they still didnot evolved.
The bandodger thinks his threads are interesting, thats pretty funny. The only reason they get replies is because 90% of the posts are mocking him 🤣🤣🤣
@ghosts4ever: Oh so any reply is a good reply in your book, even if 90% of them are mocking you.
You should aim for 100% mockery.
@Pedro:
Been a long time, but used a Cintiq for a bit.
Had I used one from the start, probably would have liked it more. But I was already accustomed to a regular Wacom, was way past the disconnected feeling. Just stick to Intuos medium now.
Was mostly sculpting every day tho, could see pen on screen being better for drawing/painting.
they get replies
If you get replies. means thread work and success.
Nice ownage right there. Lmao.
@ConanTheStoner: I know some folks prefer the absence of a pen on screen. There are moments where my hand gets in the way, typically on smaller screens. I saw this vid and I was somewhat interested in trying it out but I am not too fond of potentially wasting money.
EDIT: Watch on video and Youtube suggest more of the same content. But this is an interesting device.
@wonderwinner: One alt agreeing with another alt and both being wrong 🤣🤣🤣
Now im on wonderwinners mind, occupying that space, with this one im gonna let bums move on in as its a shit hole already 🤣🤣🤣
@Pedro:
Oh yeah, hand in the way is another one. Used to draw a lot, didn't bother me much, but still can be a disadvantage. And yeah, no bueno for sculpting.
Definitely all about preference, but I'd just save the cash if you're already comfy with something else.
Maybe throw it on a wish list where you teach if anything.

That half keyboard tablet looks more like my kinda thing. I'm pretty much settled in how I work, but wouldn't mind transitioning to that.
@wonderwinner: Is this reducs new account? it has to be, we danced this dance before reduc, and i always win 🤣🤣🤣
Too bad Ash vs Evil Dead was cancelled a few years back, good it didn't drag on though, as many shows do.
Game prob suck ass.
Been watching the classic Law & Order series for the first time in YEARS! Used to love watching this with my mom on summer breaks, which is odd...
(and I misplaced this post initially in the Gaming HQ thread...)
So I just completed Jedi Fallen Order (about 15 hours). It was cool, visuals are really beautiful but game had some stutter problems (apparently poorly optimized PC port) but in general it was a great experience. Not a game I see myself replaying though.
@lebanese_boy: I lasted 2 missions and turned it off, terrible platforming sections, makes you traverse all the way back to the ship, unskippable cutscenes, and the pop up on console was atrocious, standing next to a door waiting 30secs for the textures to pop in, no thanks.
I for one been replaying Jedi Fallen Order like 5 times already and I really like the Lightsaber gameplay for it was more grounded and that's how a Lightsaber should be felt like. I'm a Star Wars fan, but even I can say that Jedi Fallen Order is without its flaws. The game really needed more and by that more stuff to do, an open-world live city is what's missing and while I do agree not able to skip cutsense, hopefully Respawn will get the message when Jedi Fallen Order 2 gets release.
@davillain-: 5 times, man you deserve a medal lol.
Making cutscenes skippable in a game is a must, it should be illegal to not have that feature in a game.

This, this right there. Coming from AC Valhalla this annoyed me greatly, granted Valhalla basically spoiled me with the fast travel.

I'm more of casual SW fan but I also loved how this game made you feel as a Jedi though I felt the lightsaber control could have been better. I love the idea of an open-world SW game and hopefully this gets to see the light of day.
@lebanese_boy: But most games have fast travel these days, not having it in a game is almost a crime lol.
@lundy86_4:Not gonna lie but I've been interested in Kotor before but at this point I feel late to the party (game looks dated af) so a remake might hook me in.
i_p_daily: True, I mean it's nothing new fast travel has been around since at least the SNES days and probably even before that.

Jedi Fallen Order is the only SOULS game, I like.
