Why do people who don't care about physical media love to parrot "By the way, it's not really yours" when speaking about discs, as if the legal disclaimers and terms of use make any practical difference? Speaking practically, the disc and the information stored on it is mine. The studio will never come to my home and take that copy, so why even bring it up? There are plenty of laws that have no practical impact on my life.
Yeah those people are stupid, however i do laugh my arse off when they say you're only buying the license you don't own it, well yeah i own it, and i trade and sell it all the time.
