@uninspiredcup: How is the water fast going? How're you feeling? Are you trying it out of curiosity or weight loss or health reasons? I never attempted it because it seems crazy to me!
I don't remember the exact numbers but in my exercise physiology class we went over a few studies that showed dramatic TDEE drops in just 1-2 weeks from eating 500kcals/day! Can't imagine what a water fast would do.
It's not really hunger that's difficult, more habit. You get that use to eating at certain times everyday, seeing garbage food on tv and people around you eating garbage that changing your behaviour is the hump.
Once you practice for a few days (e.g. 2 days at a time, 3-4 times) and get use to it, you can easily go about you're daily business. In some cases people have more energy and better concentration, you'll get shit days, but by and large it's doable with practice.

Basically, unless you have a medical condition, medication, almost everything suggests fasting is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
In terms of weight loss, you don't really need to do excerise, just need to be very careful coming off the fast with bone broth and common sense. If you start eating shit, all that work goes bye bye.
I've only done 14 days on and off, noticed some stretch marks on the belly but nothing drastic. I'm hoping to work up to full water fast and do at least 20.
Stuff like black coffee and green-tea helps breaks up monotony.
