System Wars Lounge v75 -- The Bounceback Edition!

So guys, I know it's been a long, long time since I've been a regular here. As @FireEmblem_Man pointed out, we need a new lounge.

In honor of the great Dunkaroos, which I had the other day and haven't had in years, and the fact that I once again host the lounge, I decided to call this the Bounceback Edition!

You guys remember the rules:

1. No flaming allowed, but some light ribbing will be tolerated.

2. No politics or religion, as that will not fly.

So guys, what are some of your favorite childhood snacks?

I miss Dunkaroo's and I like Koala Yummies.

I used to eat those Dunkaroos back in the 90's as a kid. I miss the fucking 90's already.

Old dutch ketchup chips. Back when their quality control was awful, and you could find bags with a ridiculous amount of flavoring on them.

I know I'm super late to this, but I've finally started playing though Persona 5. I kept putting the game off because I didn't think It could top Persona 4 Golden, and just kept telling myself for some reason that I was going to be disappointed with it, but boy was I wrong.

I'm about to fight the main boss of the third palace, and I can already say without any doubt in my mind that this is my favorite game of all time, knocking Wind Waker off the top spot where it had sat for around 15 years. I just love everything about this game, the characters, the world, the battle system, oh and don't even get me started on that OST, that is just absolute perfection, especially the instrumental version of Life Will Change, holy crap it's amazing.

A part of me at first was disappointed that I didn't start it right away, but in thinking about it, no, I'm glad I waited until I was ready, because it's made it all the more special. I've also found that since playing it, I've felt happier in general than I have done in a long, long time.

TLDR: Persona 5 is absolute perfection in every possible way.

This Batman Tell Tales Games is pretty good. On chapter 4 now so only 1 more left. I hope they make a season 2. Easy platinum as well :)

Might pick up The Guardians of the galaxy Tell Tale tonight after I finish Batman.

So guys which service is down more PSN or xbox live? I can only say from my past experience on xbox live was pretty flawless back when I played it and PSN was still free. Now I just play ps4 and pay for PSN and the network is utter crap obviously since I'm on here posting instead of gaming because PSN is down again. Good news for the forum business though. Not flaming just talking about the real life whats happening with the network now. Please be patient while we give you substandard service.

Beat one layer of Hell, moving to the next one

Translation: Bayonetta 2 (Wii U) is beat. Since I haven't gotten to the first one on my 360 yet, I couldn't tell you how it is compared to the first one. I don't think it's a ten as GS says, but it was a hell of a lot of fun. And can't say no to a pole dance in the credits (and in a NIntendo game too). A 9/10 from me.

Next, Doom 2016 (XBOX ONE)

Star Trek: Discovery is so bad. I don't think I've ever disliked a show so much.

Who, in their right mind thought this is what Star Trek fans wanted? Or did they just not bother taking them into account?

Even if you ignore how much it's bastardized, it's just not a good show. Not a single character is likable. Am I suppose to root for the angst lady who murdered multiple people and insubordinate on a whim? The apathetic war crazed captain? The whiny alien who's afraid of everything? Where is the chemistry? After 4 hours why can't I remember a single characters name?

The fresh rating on RT is really puzzling. What are these people smoking? Go on Netflix and watch a decent episode and compare it.
