That Game of Thrones fight scene was awesome. Didn't actually think they were gonna go that far, thought they would have changed it.

That was such an awesome games of thrones episode, probably the most aw struck I've ever been at the end of an episode

fawk yeah, that was intense and had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

I'm still pissed off from that ending.

Why? Is it a discrepancy from the books?

@mems_1224 how could 2k screw up 2k14 so much? My roomie picked it up, so I've been playing it. Stay away from my career if you ever get the urge to buy it for the xbox 360.

Thing is the NBA 2k games have been riddled with bugs the past few entries (almost game breaking bugs), i don't even bother buying them anymore.

I don't blame you honestly. I usually just play the my career mode and thats it. The best experience for that is either 2k12 or possibly 14 on the xbox one/ps4.

Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellan were by far the best representations of Prof.X and Magneto respectively. This is not to take away from Macavoy or Fassbender. I admire them both greatly, as well as Jennifer Lawrence. But the older versions of these characters are what's canon from the source material, and seriously... STEWART and MCKELLAN!! Those actors were epic when Macavoy and Fassbender were still in acting class. ;P

Saying the old cast "ruined it" is dissing Stewart and McKellan, and that is unacceptable!! :|

Plus Halle Berry, Ellen Page, and Hugh Jackman are also really awesome :)

personally i think this set of xmen movies is trying to set the universe right. I mean they at least ignored the wolverine origins film by their decisions.

how else are they going to do the future? recast everyone?

So, hey guys how much did you like the Werehog sections from Sonic Unleashed? Cause Sonic Boom's main stages boil down to brawler-esque type segements! :D

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YWdDO5jVeA&feature=youtu.be

FFS Sega... You hit gold with Unleashed's Day gameplay and nailed it perfectly with Generations (with the addition of awesome 2D levels!) and now you decide to throw it all out in favour of Lost World/Boom crappy and unpolished gameplay? WHY!? It's like you DON'T want to make money :S...

Well, at least the 3DS version seems to play like classic Sonic games + with Metroid/Castlevania type exploration + some Sonic Rival type races.

Werehog was aweso...I can't even joke about that.

A whole lot of Nintendo love in this household this past weekend. Picked up Mario Kart 8 at release and played a ton of that which is awesome! The freebie I got with it was Pikmin 3; haven't played it yet but looking forward to starting it. And then yesterday I finally picked up Kirby Triple Deluxe. Only had time to play a couple of levels but it's incredibly charming and just what I wanted out of a game at the moment.

Anyone want to send me their Wii U NNID? I don't play online too often, and I'm certain I will be pretty terrible in comparison to some of you guys, but if there's a night of Mario Kart gaming I'd love to participate! My NNID is Zassimick.

My free game was Zelda. It looks amazing. I wanted Pikmin, but it was a hard choice.

halle berry losing her accent was weird as f*ck. hugh jackman is bad ass....but i have to disagree with mckellan being the better magneto. Michael fassbender is the perfect magneto. he never struck me as pure evil....i can sympathize. i see he is doing all necessary evil to protect HIS KIND. Ian Mckellan is just a great actor, but i always got pure evil from his portrayal

If it was anything like the 1 series I drove today then it should be good. The auto box on that 1 series makes the car so much nicer to drive. I felt more in control plus I love the double throttle. I think I may not be getting a Merc now.

That sucks. I'm on track for that now... Today was meant to be my day off, but shit hit the fan and I came in to help. Anything above 60-70 hours is kinda hardcore.

A couple months back I worked a 22 hour day.

That job better pay damn good bro :P

I bet it's pretty nifty on its own merits.

I played at the height of that games hype train. When that shit was suppose to be some transcendent ass shit, and Will Wright was gonna be the hall of famer to end all hall of famers. And then he went full Peyton Manning with a big game on the line.

Infinitely so. The 1 series is decent looking, but it looks far too small. The 3 series is solid all around. 3 series and up just dominated. I saw an M6 the other day, which was just druel-worthy.

Best thing about Spore was its robust monster creator. Above that it's 3 sub-par games mixed into one.

I personally wasnt surprised that the actual 'gameplay' parts were left being really sub par. The Sims' actual gameplay elements have always been a management chore where there is too much waiting around, then having to hurry up all of a sudden (such is life doe). All that most people did in the Sims was put in money cheats and built stuff lol.

Sincerely enjoying John Malkovich in Crossbones... Whilst the episode was relatively lackluster and tame, I felt he might become donwright excellent in his part.

BMW seriously stepped up their design, and the M series looks amazing. The only car that I would drive over them is the new model IS350 Lexus. I may have a thing for sport sedans.

Are you looking at a brand new 1-series? They do look pretty damn decent, though are on the small side. I honestly can't dis Merc, as they nailed their new product lines. I've seen a number of CLS/CLA AMG models driving around and they look schmexy (I live around an hour away from Toronto).
