IP's been here for weeks. He's made two accounts, but doesn't post on the first anymore. Can't remember the names. Some dumb shit. If you call him on it he'll ignore you. The giveaway is he is always talking about casuals, and everything is anti-Sony.

I get that it's kind of a fun "meta game" playing guess-the-alt but I can tell you people have been wrong a lot on those guesses in the past and I think there's a lot of room to basically "commit the crime" you might have disliked another user for in the process - keeping things super personal and a bit too stalkery because of an obsession over another user.

Actually shocked that people thought I was IP_daily, I'm nowhere near that bad about criticizing Sony am I?

I am as well. I known Davey for a very long time, both you and Daily always hated each other, I also remember the time Daily actually called you worst names due to your illness and that was totally uncalled for and I wasn't a mod at the time to do anything about it.

Edit 2: Davey has bene gone from GS for a very long time, so things has change.

After I had a heart attack, I left Gamespot to focus on my health, my mental health was so bad at the time that pointless internet fights were affecting me in my personal life so I had to just take a break from it all.

I made a new account in 2018 to try and come back but it still wasn't the right time for me so I left it again until just recently.

I remember IP and while I know he isn't here to defend himself, he was not a nice person at all. Even at the height of my mental health issues, I like to imagine that I was never that bad.

Didn't know you back then, but yeah, you seem cool now. As for IP, people like to pull the whole "he's not here yet you talk about him" thing, but lol, when he was here people were trashing him left and right. It's just they never stopped trashing him. He had this way of bringing people down to his bottom-of-the-barrel level, which is a big reason as to why he was so entertaining.

Bit of a back story leading up to that.

In a previous thread, Solid mentioned beating me in SFV. IP did his usual, butting into a convo he had no business in. Acting like he'd beat me easily - PROBLEM. He didn't own the game or the platform to play it on (PS or PC). Beat his chest, claimed I backed out, blah.

Come to find out later that he does own a PC. Was gonna leave it alone, but then he had to talk shit again in that linked thread. IP flow chart ensues.

TBH kinda like the idea more of stuff like System Shock 2 and Resident Evil 4 where they tweak them for VR use.

When they actually make VR games from the ground up they tend to be limited in scope with a few exceptions.

Splinter Cell was always a slower paced game (at last up until Conviction and Blacklist) probably fit well in VR.

There was also the bizarre first-person pathological hatred. Dude would go borderline conniption status when somebody praised an fps. I remember pointing out to him that first-person is pretty prevalent in the racing genre. I swear somehow dude did not realize this beforehand. Straight up blanked me about it, lol.

To this day, it still hurts.

Ghosts is one of the nicest guy on Gamespot. Hes gets so much shit , hate from almost everyone that the people hating on him takes pity on him in the long run lol. Ghosts only wants wants to spend good time with his best buddy cup talking about FPS games ... Awww.
