System shock remake is progressing well. new demo

Technically old but added more features. looks like game is very well progressing.

lets hope it will release soon. no idea when SS3 is coming.

It looks like shit. I never cared for the original and the level/environment design does not translate well. SS3 looks pretty good though.

Played the last demo and it was really bad, awful in fact.

I'd rather replay Bioshock if this is the best they can do.

To be fair that was a very early proof of concept build on a different engine.

Having said that, they squandered most of the backers money specifically on trying to make some Dead Space/Bioshock shit and had to retract it all and start from scratch.

@uninspiredcup: I liked it better when it was built on Unreal Engine 3: just like in Killing Floor 2 it really fit with the horror atmosphere they were trying to portray.

Was not impressed at all with the build on Unreal Engine 4. Besides, the gameplay didn't feel good either.

I played whatever demo version they made available on steam briefly like a month or so ago. Was obviously still very early, but I liked the direction they were going.

if they nail it. its going to be amazing.

Anyone who loves a great sci fi film like Event Horizon should try System Shock games. Looking forward to this one. They're going in the right direction so far.
