I can't disagree with any of that, because I know how I started in 2005 and I know what I had to do to avoid being banned as so many decent users were being banned left and right.

The even older TOU seemed welcoming to aggression (almost like the new one), as that is what I signed up back in the Xbox/GC/PS2 SW days. Somewhere along the line, the place got way to harsh. It was terrible in SW especially from my experience.
