It was way more full from looking at other pictures when matches were being played later on in the day. Also over 70k people watched the finals this year on twitch. I also don't like that the HWC was held at this venue.

It could be on XBL, if MS allows it. They did offer cross-network games support but so far Sony has denied them. Maybe they don't want people seeing how inferior their network is compared to XBL.

Square-Enix's servers are shared with PS3, PS4, and PC. This isn't a Sony thing, it's a Live thing.

Care to share some better photos? How can someone cherry-pick photos of a venue smaller than a Rite Aid with 4 rows of seating and half empty "overflow" tents? Not to mention, some of the few dozen in attendance traveled from other countries to see this event, and had to watch the Twitch stream in a tent outside of the venue.

I agree that the venue was shit, really really shit, but there was still a lot of hype, and attendance for it, hence the ugly tent outside.
