We’re running at 900p and 30 fps native. This is a game with a lot on the screen and we made the choice to be at 900 because we wanted to push the level of detail, action, the size of the city and the views you can experience as move around.

Ugh, the crushed blacks is a much bigger deal to me than the resolution.

Lets hope for a stable frame rate then. This game does look like it would look amazing at 60 fps though, so I hope it goes to the PC next year.

Isn't that what Watch Dogs ran at on the PS4? It seems to be a growing trend with open world titles on those shitty laptop APUs. The odd one that managers to hit 1080p still runs at 30fps.

Yep, perfectly understandable and the right move, good job. ISS should have got the same treatment and perhaps the city wouldn't be so dead.:P

Game looks great no matter what the res is. woule much rather have stable 30 than a push for 1080p.

The game reminds me of Wet for the PS3/360. It will be a miracle for it to even reach AA.

Generations are not based on power, they are based on succession which is why the Wii is Considered a 7th gen console despite being seriously underpowered.

People that think Generations are about power need there heads testing.

Saying that, it's obvious that this time round Microsofts console is Far from being the most powerful console of this generation.

Makes you laugh, the developers made a decision to go with 900p because they felt it would make the game better, the EXACT SAME THING the developers chose with the Order on Ps4 yet apparently it's ok for the order to be sub 1080p but it's not OK for sunset overdrive, Confusing isn't it?

Thirty Fps, Can't bother for more it causes the developers too much stress! We tried for 1080p, I'm sorry the fps tanked it'll have too stay at..........900p!

Old news anyway. Still, lol 900p still on the xbone. Cmon, Crackdown, Quantum Break, Phantom Dust, Scalebound and Halo 5 better be 1080p.

Sorry i edited my post, i think it's fine for both games to be honest, i would rather have a lower resolution with more going on on Screen and more Anti aliasing and more stable framerate which reduces controller Lag.

If lowering the Rez makes a better game i am all for it.

I could grab an Xbox One on my way home today. and at some point I will, why not? I figure for black friday I can pick one up for $300 with a game. I have an XBL gold subscription still active and I've been putting XBL "games with gold" in my account for the Xbox One every month they've been available.

Sorry that "this resolution thing" has gotten old for you. Thank Microsoft for deciding to put out a weak console, not me.
