Lol, opinions can change from game to game, and its not like you could play their old ones if you only gamed on the 360. I would have loved to play the Racthet and Clank series on the 360, and I did think Resistance was boring looking. But S0 looks fantastic to me, and the gameplay vids have this on my must buy list this fall. Everything isnt System Wars you know, lol.

This is what gaming should be all about and thats having fun. With the ability to use traps you really have to think where to place them and strategize. So it may look chaotic like you're just running around killing enemies but there are methods you need to use like choosing the right weapons and tactics. Insomniac has really matured and are in their prime right now, they bloomed this gen and on the Xbox One. Hopefully they at least give the other systems something.

Actually I get excite and remind me of Resistance 2 when I see title. Then I watch video and... does not look good. Also framerate lol. game is already 20fps after june sdk, now what with 8 player? Lower res to 720p?

I always think they should make 8 player coop only game like Resistance 2 coop. But they waste time making mediocre shooter with bad story now...

Speaking of Bungie, Halo 3 introduced 4 player co-op campaign so it was not only limited to some external stand-alone experience. Resistance 2 offers no option to play campaign cooperatively with other players, Halo 3 - a game from 2007 - offers 4-player co-op campaign!

I actually played Halo and some where good others weren't and i played a Bungie game before Halo even existed does Marathon ring a bell to you.? i owned a Mac long long time ago..

Yet no game on 360 had 8 players co-cop,do i need to point how Resistance introduced 40 players at once battles online how about 60 players online on Resistance 2.? Was Halo 3 even close to that many number of players,that is close to BF4 like now but on 2008..lol

Oh and Resistance one 40 players online on 2006,great weapons great AI.

The game looks fun,but the monsters all are generic and non of you have say sh** about it,when Resistance ones you could even shoot their cooling system hoses and they would start kicking wildly,some of you are a joke.

You're making Sony look pretty bad with your posts, are you saying that in 2002 they had dedicated servers with Socom, and in 2008 they had 8 players online coop with Resistance, yet for the release of the PS4 and their flagship launch title ShadowFall they just decided not to have online coop for the campaign, they decided not to have dedicated servers for the online and regressed to p2p, and they even launched it without mic support at first if I remember correctly....most of that stuff had to be patched later. So is that it, they used to be amazing and now they are garbage? Sounds like what you are saying....but this thread is to talk anout Sunset Overdrive, not to bash Sony and the PS4.....

In fact the only game i would get a xbox one for would be that one,and is because Insomniac make fun games...

Yes this game should be fun so should be its weapons Insomniac does some of the best ever found in a shooter.

Resistance 1 sold more than 2 million units Resistance 2 more than 1 million,it was resistance 3 which completely flopped,and i think is do to how sony advertised the game.

Last Gears game didn't sell that hot either and the series was sold to MS probably for that reason it happen from time to time with some series.

I know right? he always brings up points of what Sony offered in the past but forgets to mention how they went away form that. As of this gen PSN requires a fee to play online and doesn't have servers for anything. Their games lack co-op and MP options (KZ no co-op, The order no Co-op or MP, Infamous no co-op or MP) Meanwhile pretty much all of MS stuff has dedicated servers, Co-op and MP. Sony is chasing the story and graphics hound way too much for my personal liking so far and should go back to PS2 sony where they offered fun games, co-op, MP, servers etc. Then my PS4 would get a lot more use

Killzone was a rush job,the game didn't even have Party chat for Christ sake,sony should not have release the game that way period.

I don't own Killlzone SF nor plan to own it for that reason.

Funny enough what you state there doesn't negate that for years lemmings didn't care about dedicated servers,it wasn't until last year that they hear about the whole cloud that the madness begin,and yes sony has servers since 2002 before live was even launch 16 vs 16 players man.

On 2006 40 players online smooth as butter,same with Warhawk and many other games,their online code was great and their servers ran well,so yeah MS selling people P2P was a joke for 11 years that is what you people got,and never complained now all of the sudden it matter,just like 8 players co-op..hahaha

What would be next MMo games like the PS3 has been supporting free.?

Killzone already has co-op it was patch dude,you know patch what MS introduce last gen to fix their unstable games.

And i am sure more games will come with those features as well.
