I know nothing about how a studio operates but I have never ever heard any deveoper talk about the completion of their game in Percentages......

They always vague phrases like "Half Way" or "Just began full developement".

Sony always announce games 2 years in advance. This is why I take their huge list of games with a grain of salt, because most of them won't come out until years later. Cows say they have 47 games for 2015, but we know maybe 1/2 of those games will actually come out in 2015. Greatness awaits indeed. We'll keep waiting Sony.

I don't get into fighters all that much. Fell into the hype with SF4 and bought it day one. Soon remembered I am not excited by fighting games. I mess around with the free KI. Its fun, but I cant spend money on them.
