I'm betting that they would have delayed it anyway if it was still exclusive to the PS3. But they could release it in the States for the PS3 before the 360 version..

no both ps3 and 360 version will be release at the same time in northAmerica/Europe 2010?
Doubt it'll release in Japan in the 2009 calendar year but the 2009 fiscal year, which ends at the end of March 2010 for them, is probable. Same for the NA release

No, Square is going to localize the PS3 and 360 version at the same time.
expect it to release around christmas time of '09, allow 6-8 months for localization. it bites, but chances are we'll see an august 2010 release for NA. they're generally pretty meticulous about their voice overs and QA. this is pretty much how 12 went and once the game is done they're usually fairly quick to do voiceovers but theres a lot to be done there.

Which is why we can blame the 360. If the ps3 version isn't even finished ( and it would have been by 2009 since the game is releasing in japan) then where is the 360 version at??
