So how long until Sony start porting their exclusives to PC, Xbox and Switch?

So with Sony running to Microsoft with their tails between their legs and basically confirming that PS is now a multiplat platform via streaming. Just wondering how long do I have to wait until I can play TLOU: Part 2 on my Xbox One X and Gravity Rush on my Switch, plus everything else on PC?

What is wrong with you people? I'm simply asking when will the inevitable happen and when I can stream their exclusives to my tv without having to buy a Playstation console. It is happening whether you guys like it or not, it is the future and Sony knows it. That's why they're expanding their streaming stuff.

@davillain-: Hardware profits are not big these days, so selling consoles isn't really the point anymore. The real money is in the software sales. Sony like other companies would want to reach not just millions but billions of gamers.

At most You'll see a PSNow App on competing hardware along with any device capable to access game streaming. So you won't need to buy a PS5, which is nice.

1. This is not a fact because you factually don't know the future. What is a fact is that Sony that a significant portion of Sony's gaming profit is from software sales NOT from hardware.

You all need to grasp the concept that Sony, Nintendo and MS like every other company sole purpose is to make money. The market is shifting to other means of accessing content and they ALL will have to adjust to changes in the market or they will be assimilated.

100 million users and around 5 to 10 % buying exclusives

Microsoft and google are going after billions of people through pc,tablet,phone,and smart tv and Sony may want a slice of the pie

A smooth 1080/60 ps now with day one exclusives or timed for 6 months on the PS4

Porting? More like streaming. There is no need to port if you can stream. As I have said before, all of these companies will adapt to whatever changes the market demands including streaming of their exclusives. At the end of the day the vast majority of gamers don't care what platform they are playing only that they can get the games they want to play.

@Pedro: I don't like Streaming games and I'm against it, but however, as long as both Sony/MS don't force it mandatory and keep it optional, I won't complain about it.

Just looked it up real quick, and Sony's gaming revenue is more than Microsoft and Nintendo's combined. Lol. If someone's running to another with their "tail between their legs" it's Microsoft to Sony as far as gaming goes.
