Since both consoles pretty much flopped, which console is the best emulator?

Wii had an awesome exclusive library , but failed when it came to the 3rd party and we have the Xb1x that has failed with exclusive , but has awesome 3rd party support that it shares with the PC and PS4.
But since both consoles are known to be used strictly to play old games, which console is the best emulator and why?
