should i trade my ps3 for a 360?

its recently come to my attention that almost all the games i have on ps3, are also available for the 360.

whats makeing me consider this though is the fact that Valve is only releasing portal 2 for 360! thats not quite enough for me to trade yet, but its got me worried that half-life 3 will only be on 360 :(

so what do you guys think? i think it might be good if im going to sell my ps3, to do it before i get more games for it. but i dont know...

the thing that has me worried about the xbox though is of course RROD. how easy is that to fix?

trading it in, you will be losing quite a bit of money, that's inevitable.

whether or not it is worth it is purely preference , don't come here for logical answers.

It all depends on what you like. The PS3 has more family and kid-friendly games while the 360 has almost the twice game library. Overall, the 360 has more quality titles.

Trading comsoles in never a good idea. You'll lose out on some of the best exclusives this gen, that's for sure. Plus you have a Blu-Ray player built in the PS3.

If you get a 360, then you have to pay for online and the adapter. It seems a bit silly to me to trade in a console all because you want 1 or 2 games on another. The best option is to keep the PS3, and save up for the 360.

Well God of War III, Heavy Rain, GT 5, The Last Guardian, Killzone 2, Uncharted 1 & 2, MGS 4, Resistance 1 & 2, Demon's Souls and many more are only on PS3. The question is why aren't you buying any of the great PS3 exclusives?

Twice the quality titles? Care to actually elaborate on that statement? Don't bother pulling up some spreadsheet as they count arcade titles. The majority of these "quality titles" are from like 2006-2007:?

Umm if you're serious, just sell your PS3 and build a gaming PC.

If you are so strapped for money that you feel the need to "sell" you PS3 just to play the games you mentioned then you obvously can't affoard to game on the xbox360 because it will cost you an additional $50 a year just to play your games online, which valve games will diffinantly have.

If you actually intend to propose to all of us that you will gameon xbox360AND pay an extra $50for the online, then I can't take this post seriously because if you were cool with that then you wouldn't need to sell you PS3 in the first place.
