November 19th is almost here!! Yea.. I realize that there are much bigger games coming out.. but for us Shenmue fans, this is a big deal. Will you be picking up this game, SW? I was a Kickstarter backer so I'm getting it no matter what. I'm not expecting to have the most earth shattering experience out there, but I think it will be pretty decent. What matters most is that the Shenmue story lives on. Am I rite, SW? Let me know your thoughts!!

How long have we waited for this? Too long. I'll be buying it. I haven't seen too much to keep it fresh to me, I hope they don't change too much. Shenmue is not Yakuza.

I'm a backer. Hoping we get our copies by launch day. If not, I also preordered from Gamestop to get the mirror replica. I'll return the game once my copy comes in but keep the mirror for my nerd shelf.

My hype is pretty low thanks to the badly ran kickstarter and Epic BS, but since I backed it for a lot, I'll still be playing it (now on PS4). It's a new Shenmue in 2019, so how can I not?

I doubt it will actually match the quality of Yakuza franchise.

Graphic wise Yakuza will blow Shenmue away no doubt but game play wise they both are very different so is hard to compare! Anyway I have doubt in the new Yakuza after I see the RPG turn base battle! WTF are they thinking!

$175 + an extra $60 copy that I'm planning to keep sealed. At the time, I thought about spending more, but I wanted to back Bloodstained too at a similar tier, so I figured it wasn't worth it. I just hope my capsule toy doesn't end up being Chai, because that would piss me off, lol.

and also, yeah, I'm with you on Yakuza 7. I don't know WTF they're thinking either.

I have no confidence at all in whatever company is sending out the game.

I would love to play it on November 19th like the rest of the world, but I have a feeling whoever is handling all the backer stuff is going to mess up my address somehow and I won’t even get the damn thing.

Shenmue 3 I will get this day one. I been looking forward to this for the longest and shocked we actually got a sequel of it.

As a massive Sega fanboy and played both games on the Dreamcast, the 2nd on the original Xbox and the remasters on the XB1 you would think I would be excited, but nah not really I think I've grown out of a new one.

I hope true Shenmue fans enjoy this though.

I don't think so as the only people I know who own a PS4 are some of the idiots at work, and no i'm not saying they're idiots for owning a PS4, they're just idiots, owning a PS4 doesn't help though lol.

I own a PC that cost me a grand about 2yrs ago that would probably play it, but PC is mainly for elitist arseholes like ghost/bass etc and I would never want to be associated with people like them, nor would i ever join Steam/Epic etc as i like my games physical.

So you can bet all you want, but you'll only lose your cash :(

If i had PS4. i would play some exclusive there but they dont interest me.

you play on xbox which is useless system. if your PC handle it, buy it. or you are missing a great experience.

I backed it on the Slacker Backer campaign so hopefully I get my digital copy to preload it next week. I plan on getting a physical copy just for the preorder DLC next week.
