Laughing at the fact that you admitted Sony lost over half of the market share to Xbox in the seventh generation, while Microsoft gained most of what Sony lost- While still trying to make it seem like the PS3 was a success compared to the 360. How long did it take for the PS3 to gain even a slight lead of the 360? Almost six years. That was after MS stopped focusing on the 360 like they did in 2005-2009.

MS great focus on X360 was after 2010 when Kinect was launched. What an dumb Xbox excuse. Pathetic. Even when MS was the strongest during X360 era, PS3 still able to outsold X360 worldwide.

its possible that the last week spike in sales drew down the supplies. Its japan, MS doesn't give out too much stock there in the first place.

MS's whole MO with Xbox is channel stuffing when they have products available, and that VERY available thing is a Series S. That thing can't go toe to toe with PS5, not even at $250

I do know in my OP I said that it did not signify that, I was just pointing that week out because it was interesting (the same way I would point it out if Atari 2600 somehow won a week :D )

It's not my fault you don't have any games to play so you're trying to look for any victory you can. That's why no one needs to buy an Xbox right now. Three years in and STILL can't get it together

@BenjaminBanklin: lol, why would MS give millions of consoles to a region they know traditionally doesn't buy many units? Does that make sense? Last week obviously was out of their prediction, the Japanese went hard on the xbox and caused the stock to decline massively. MS will add some more and in the following week the sales will pick up.
