The 360's biggest game ever launched and it barely beat the Wii? imagine if the Galaxy or smash brothers launched the same month and they had enough supply? Zerostatic0
The Wii will probably break 600,000 this month, and a million in November, then two or three million in December. Pretty much the same pattern the PS2 followed.

I know Nintendo is pushing supply and stuff, but a million or 2 million? Is that possible?
Sales matter now?
Okay, be sure to tell me when they stop mattering, I assume it'll be when the Wii is the top seller again.

if there is enough supply the Wii will easily sell 1 million+ in december andwould probably do 2 millionI guess sales can matter for just this month.
Also, this is nothing to get happy about. The 360 releases its biggest system seller it will ever have and it barely beats the Wii.

Halo 3 did only come out on the 25th, meaning it fell under what? Less than a week of the September NPDs?

You know as a Wii owner, I would be sorta worried that Wii Play beat MP3.
It comes with a free controller and the game itself is about 10 dollars.
God, when will people understand this.

5 week statistic, so 11 days.

Don't be. It comes with a Wii controller. It's only natural that it would still be popular, since everyone who owns a Wii generally wants to play it with three other people because it's such a party machine.

I concede the free controller point, but it is still $50 dollars my friend at most outlets.

That doesnt make sense. Its alot more than $10, so if the game itself is $10, then how is the controller free?

The wii is just too popular right now.. but if these figures are true, then that's kudos for M$.
btw, adding those "what if's" are pointless IMHO.. "What If" GTA IV actually came out on time? Would you still be as confident in your statement?

it's about time PS3 finally beat GBA!!

It's $50 for the package. The controller is normally $40, so the game itself costs $10. The poster worded it wrong.

Considering that everyone who buys a Wii will likely buy a new Wii Remote to go along with it for some MP action. Is it inconcievable to believe that practically for every ONE WII sold, there's likely the chance ONE WII REMOTE will be bought, and in that case someone's bound to buy that one Wii Remote and pony up $10 more for a tech demo of sorts that allows them to try different functions of the Wii Remote?Just a thought....

That entails 50% of the consumers of Wii's are intelligent shoppers....inconceivable (as in no demographic is that smart;) )
