Gimme the 3rd game please. The first 2 were brilliant, but they never localized the 3rd. MAKE IT HAPPEN SEGA. Pack it in with the remaster and do a collection with 1, 2, and 3 together.

Remasteres are great for those who've never experienced the game

Word! we've never experienced the 3rd game, maybe they can do when Square Enix has done with Final Fantasy Type-0 then again this is Sega

@finalstar2007: Hey, don't get me wrong.

I'll gladdly go to Japan and translate every game we don't have here, free of charge even.

But if i get Valkyria Remastered, i'll be done with it in a day and i know this game will cost about 40 Euro so i don't spend 40 Euro on 1 day games, which is every remaster i have seen for now.

I still have the PS3 version I bought last year wrapped. I'll hold on until August this year. If not then I'll just start my PS3 copy. This is definitely a tease though not confirmation.

Also if they made it a trilogy remaster it would make one hell of a collection.

I really hope they do this. Please. I love these games.

Couldn't get into the demo but maybe it's better this time around.

Not interested in the remaster played the game 7+ years ago. Also the new one seems interesting but I'm still not holding my breathe for it since they decided to scrap the strategic combat approach for a normal JRPG style.

I'm not interested in remasters from the 7th gen unless I don't already own them.

It was confirmed the second it was announced since it's a port of the PC version which we did get.

Azure is the one that isn't certain.

nice, I would like to give this game a go with trophy support.

Delve into the mind of a fanboy on this board:

- VC got an excellent port over to PC, ending its near-7 years' of exclusivity to the PS3, and the hermits rejoiced. Hermits 1, Cows nil.

- Sega now announces an even better remaster solely for the PS4, hermits decry a loud "lol remaster". In their mind, it's 1-1.. at least, that's likely the reason that compelled them to try and downsize the news.

In the end, what are the odds of any of them actually playing the game? Around 0.1%.. most likely. Laaaaame.

On the news: finally a trophy support! One more reason to replay the game after clearing it on Ex Mode, getting all the medals, playing the sequel, watching the anime, reading the manga. As a fan, more money to support the franchise might just finally gives us a glimpse into a fully fledged sequel on powerful platforms. The handheld sequels really took away from the set up.

@Eikichi-Onizuka: Actually the PC version was just a direct port from the PS3. It only gave us the option to upscale. I saw it on sales a couple of times, but the lack of mods is seriously underwhelming, so I haven't bought it yet. The PS4 version is meant to be a remaster, not an upscale.

OH boy! I never got to play the PS3 version, now thanks to SEGA and SONY I get that chance!

I beat it already back in the day but I would get the collection if they made it. Never played the other 2.

Man, I just finished replaying the game for the 3rd time, but good for those who havent played it, its that kinda game you will replay at least once a year, really good game

I'd rather have Azure, but I want the remaster badly as well. What a fantastic game VC is.
