Rocket League v/s FIFA 16 v/s PES 2016.

Don't really like Rocket League. PES is better than FIFA this year. Probably the best football game I've ever played...

Rocket League is easily one of the best games this year, period.

Rocket League is a lot of fun, but let's not kid ourselves about what it is: a simplified representation of soccer in the form of an arcade game. To even suggest that it deserves comparisons to the legit sport games is silly. The boosts alone make Rocket League a joke in the competition arena, and the lack of control and small player count also contribute to the game being designed more for mindless fun than actual skill and strategy.

I am having fun with FIFA 16...more enjoyable than Rocket League for me. Can't comment on PES, haven't played it.

PES 6 is still better.

And as far as Rocket League , haven't played it yet.

Rocket League, it requires being good and isn't Nyquil.

Rocket League right now because it isn't broken nor does it take forever to release updates for.

Comparing Rocket League to PES & FIFA is like comparing Mario Kart to Forza & Gran Turismo.

Rocket League is a great game, but its arcade-style gameplay is in a league of its own (the closest thing is probably Mario Strikers from last gen), very different to the simulation gameplay of PES & FIFA.

But as far as the two football simulations go, PES 16 is better than FIFA 16 this year.

I'm not into sport games but I go with Rocket League

Rocket League by default, I've no interest in the sport of soccer/futbol and even less interested in realistic annual representations of the various teams and players, whereas something like Rocket League is probably much easier to get into just by the simplicity and sheer competitive nature.

TS must be a clueless 'murican that think football is a sport played with hands for him to be able to suggest that rocket league is somehow comparable to real football games.

None, soccer is for kids who cant afford a football. I dont normally play soccer, but when i do, i play Super Mario Strikers on Wii U. a real soccer game, for real men...and little girls of course.

It's probably more like comparing Mario Kart to Tekken.

It's more of a comparison over which game has the wider appeal in this forum.

For me though, I'm more likely to go with Fifa this year. I heard they gimped the PC version of Pro Evo, it's apparently a cross between the last gen version and the current gen version. I haven't got time for Konami's nonsense.

Fifa and PES suck, they always have done. Rocket league however is beyond awesome :D

Rocket league is a dumbed down version of football (soccer) with cars and explosions.

Then you hear the same people that make fun of Michael Bay and Fast and Furious movies saying that they prefer Rocket League over FIFA/PES. Oh the irony.

I try to be the guy who doesn't judge, but when someone enjoys playing soccer/football (whatever country you're in) video games, I can't help but judge them.

That being said, Rocket League is sweet.

I can't tell you how many "taco" and "burrito" named players I've seen in Rocket League, but it's been a heck of a lot.

FIFA and PES were always a dumbed down and glittery version of actual Fútbol ("Soccer"? Eat my shorts USies)...

Best football game ever is Mario Strikers. Next is Rocket League. Couldn't care less about FIFA and it's lesser known cousin who refuses to die.
