Can't say I'm thrilled about the water enemies, because they probably mean a water-based level. :(PBSnipes
Chicago, the city with the leviathan, is flooded, I imagine that you need to cross some water parts.
The old-timey photographs make them look even creepier. :)Ninja-HippoI've gotta agree. The aged pictures really are a great touch.
Who knew back in 1996 that the minds behind that cute purple dragon named Spyro could create something this awesomely twisted looking nearly 10 years later.
I cant wait for this game.

Honestly they dont look much alike besides the fact they are giant, hunched over monster with arms and legs. :|

Shape of the head, Shape of the thorax and if I could find a picture of the ****c tyrant Guard then the shield like thing and claw are very alike.
the last photo freaks me out!-Y2J-
The first 3 freak ME out . Last one looks like a modified enemy from resistance 1.

I'm guessing there's going to be a water based stage, this game just gets better. Insomiac really derserves credit, their first shot at a FPS was good but nothing incredible but they are really working hard on making Resistance 2 stand out in such a crowded gen of shooters.Mongo-Boss
Agreed. As soon as I saw that the alien mothership invasion over San Francisco in the teaser trailer was actually in game and was in fact a playable level, I knew that there was going to be more to this game than met the eye from first little bit of footage we saw at first. The scale is supposed to be a primary focus and the campaign is supposed to be huge as well. Then of course there is the 60-player multiplayer. This game is indeed shaping up to be a winner.

I still think the general shape of both is pretty generic for "giant monsters". But I have seen the other tyrant guard or whatever so who knows, lol.
